Quaint and rustic seaside cottage with parking

Crabpot cottage is 60-seconds from Wells harbour in the heart of the town. It is a snug, self-contained 200-years old 'fisherman's cottage' built on the foundations of a much older building. It offers cosy living space, gardens and parking. Wood burner, central heating, modern kitchen, washing machine and WiFi make it ideal for short breaks. It works really well for couples or small families who love a character cottage. It is not suitable for groups larger than 4 or anyone expecting a hotel!

Flint is 3.7 miles from the sea on a quiet country lane with far reaching rural views. Our 2 story annexe is attached to the far end of our 1795 flint cottage. Private, peaceful, characterful & cosy with all the modern fixtures for short/long stay. A comfortable super king bed or made up as twin single beds. Suitable for babies and I have a child camp bed. A one bedroom cottage converted in 2019 from the original Tap Room of an old public house. It is situated at the top end of Blakeney High Street. There is off street parking on the drive, a private gated front entrance and patio. Patio doors from the living room open to private west facing patio. The living room is spacious with a vaulted ceiling and incorporates the kitchen and breakfast bar. Double doors lead to the bedroom ( king size bed) and shower room. SUITABLE FOR 2 ADULTS ONLY

Romantic, cosy Wells cottage, close to harbour

Grey Goose cottage is close to Wells harbour. You'll love the house because of the location and the ambiance. There are a variety of shops and great restaurants only a very short walk away. As soon as you step out of the door you will smell the sea in the air and hear the cry of the seagulls. The cottage is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with children), and furry friends (£20 pet fee). One dog allowed; please keep dogs off furniture and downstairs.

Skylark Cottage - a moment’s walk from Wells Quay

Skylark Cottage is a beautiful 3 storey 3 bedroom period cottage with first floor south facing balcony right in the heart of Wells-next-the-Sea. There is a wonderful south facing patio with a six seater table and chairs to enjoy a coffee or glass of wine. The ground floor has a covered porch, open plan sitting/dining room with a newly fitted log burner. The first floor has a master bedroom with French doors leading out onto a full width south facing balcony with rattan furniture.

Recently refurbished, Morris’s Cottage is nestled in the centre of one of North Norfolk’s loveliest villages, opposite gastropub ‘The Hero’, with nearby bus stop giving access to many coastal towns and villages and a short walk to the village playing fields with two hard tennis courts and well equipped playground. The harbour is just two minutes away with stunning walks out to the sea and ferry to Scolt Head Island where hours can be spent with a picnic in the dunes!
