Skylark - Perfect for 2. Idyllic rural retreat.

Skylark is a private, single-storey one-bedroom annexe in the grounds of our family home. Converted in Spring 2021 it offers light and airy first floor accommodation accessed via an external staircase. Idyllic rural position. Allocated off road parking for one vehicle. Designated outdoor space. 10 minutes drive to the coast. 3 great pubs within 3 miles. Convenience store -2 miles. With breathtaking views, and a great location Skylark is the perfect retreat. REDUCED RATE WEEKS - NON-PEAK TIMES.

Quaint and rustic seaside cottage with parking

Crabpot cottage is 60-seconds from Wells harbour in the heart of the town. It is a snug, self-contained 200-years old 'fisherman's cottage' built on the foundations of a much older building. It offers cosy living space, gardens and parking. Wood burner, central heating, modern kitchen, washing machine and WiFi make it ideal for short breaks. It works really well for couples or small families who love a character cottage. It is not suitable for groups larger than 4 or anyone expecting a hotel!

Flint Cottage Hindringham close to N Norfolk coast

Flint is 3.7 miles from the sea on a quiet country lane with far reaching rural views. Our 2 story annexe is attached to the far end of our 1795 flint cottage. Private, peaceful, characterful & cosy with all the modern fixtures for short/long stay. A comfortable super king bed or made up as twin single beds. Suitable for babies and I have a child camp bed. Fully equipped kitchen great for home cooking. Open plan kitchen/living room, doors opening out to private patio, spacious free parking.

A cottage, in Wells-next-the-Sea, Norfolk.

Marshview is a beautifully presented 3 storey cottage just off the quayside and a short walk to the interesting local shops. The accommodation is of a high quality and furnished to a good specification. There is a small toilet down stairs, a sitting room with wall mounted smart TV and also the WIFI. The kitchen has a ceramic topped electric cooker, washer /dryer, American fridge freezer, microwave, dish washer and washing machine. It is has lovely views over the pinewoods and sea views.

A peaceful and cosy two-bedroomed traditional flint cottage in a gorgeous countryside location just 5 miles from the stunning North Norfolk beaches and coastal walks. Recently refurbished, Morris’s Cottage is nestled in the centre of one of North Norfolk’s loveliest villages, opposite gastropub ‘The Hero’, with nearby bus stop giving access to many coastal towns and villages and a short walk to the village playing fields with two hard tennis courts and well equipped playground. The harbour is just two minutes away with stunning walks out to the sea and ferry to Scolt Head Island where hours can be spent with a picnic in the dunes!

Fortune Cottage is a charming period 2 bedroom semi-detached property at the heart of Burnham Market, 3 minutes walk from The Green. This a family 2nd home and therefore furnished to a high standard throughout, with a patio area and furniture outside. The property benefits from fast WiFi, Amazon Prime and Netflix. One dog is most welcome (except on furniture/upstairs) to make it a home from home for all Minimum 3 night stay applies in late July and August.
