Bay Tree Cottage is a delightful, cosy & private retreat, centrally located with easy access by road or train (M1, M6, A14). You have the entire cottage to yourself with private off road parking for 3 cars with EV charger & private front & rear gardens. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area & Utility room. Living room with 60" TV, Sky, DVD & log burner. Bathroom with shower. 1st floor: Main bedroom - King size bed & 50"TV, Second bedroom with Double Bed & Wardrobe, Bathroom with Roll top bath.

The Skyloft, Spratton - home away from home!

Accessed through its own outside door, the Skyloft offers light and spacious, heated first floor accommodation. As well as a comfortable double bedroom, it has a spacious living area with a kitchen area where guests can prepare their own breakfasts and microwave meals. It has 3 velux windows (with blackout blinds) which open and overlook the garden. Quiet village location close to the Kings Head pub which offers breakfast, lunch and fine dining. Local country walks, gardens and stately homes.

The Cottage is newly refurbished. It offers a blend of modern facilities with country charm and comfort for 2 people. The Cottage sits right next to our house with private parking outside the front door. Please note it is part of our property not a private space. We spend a lot of time tending our garden so are always around to help and offer information on the area. The village is well supplied with shops, pubs, restaurants and take aways. We are not set up for babies or children sadly.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Situated on a small family working farm, surrounded by glorious countryside. Come and stay in our luxury pods, all centrally heated, fully fitted bathroom with shower. One double bed and a click-clack sofa bed suitable for up to 2 children. There is WIFI and a smart TV. Bring your horse (for a small additional fee|) ride or walk around the farm and enjoy the beautiful setting and relaxed atmosphere. Dogs are welcome in Holdenby POD.
