Det er flotte friluftsområder for gåturer, fiske, ski, padling, bading og sykling rett ved. Landelig beliggenhet med 500 meter til bussholdeplass og ca 5 km til tog. Gratis parkering med lademulighet for el-bil mot betaling. Når jeg ikke leier ut boligen, så bor jeg der. Noen rom og skap vil derfor ikke være tilgjengelig.

Direkte adkomst til elva (en laksefiskers drøm)

Idyllisk lite «sørlandshus», skjermet uteområde og bred utsikt til elva fra stue/uteområdet. Unik belig. høyt v/elvebredden i gamle Hokksund. (laksefiske; huset øverst i fluesone, blå sone, ved bjørka m/direkte adkomst til elv fra hus). Gangavstand til Hokksund sentrum. 2 soverom (senger 1,60 og 1,40). Meget stille/sjarmerende nabolag. Parkering på tomt. Sengetøy/håndklær må medbringes, utvask må utføres av leietager. Hund/katt tillat, og det bor to katter ute, allergikere må være obs på dette.

Senk pulsen i toppen av Stolpehytta! Stolpehytta ligger 5 minutter unna Blaafarveværket i Modum kommune, rett ved klatreparken Høyt & Lavt Modum. Her kan du finne roen blant tretoppene. De store vinduene sørger for en panoramautsikt utover landskapet og nattehimmelen. Bygget i massivtre, med et areal på 27 m2, gir den akkurat plass til det du trenger for en avslappende tur vekk fra hverdagen. Ønsker du aktivitet kan du leie elsykler, rusle ned til klatreparken eller utforske nærmiljøet.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. A cabin full of Norwegian hygge, it's a tranquil place to unwind and reset. Tucked away along Snarumselve; our cabin is a hidden gem that is quiet and peaceful, yet central and easily accessible for everyone travelling through. Our cabin is situated on our family farm, down by the quiet river and away from any and all distractions. Enjoy bonfires, fishing, outdoor life, and simple living.
