Our place is a 500 square feet individual bungalow, on an acre property, located at a very short walk from Chepes beach (Utila's public beach), dive shops, restaurants and bars. However, It is well secluded from the hustle and bustle of Utila's town. It includes fast WiFi, AC, hot shower, fridge, tea coffee maker, electricity bill. We are English, Spanish, French and Danish spoken. Our place is good for couples, and solo adventurers. Coco Cabaña #2 and #3 are also available for booking.

In questa zona ci sono vari moli, da dove si possono prendere dei Taxi d’acqua, che in pochi minuti d’orologio, per $5 a testa, ti portano nei vicini villaggi. The Crabby Cabin is a beautiful cabin for 2. It has a screened in porch for enjoying your morning coffee and listening to the ocean. It has a fully appointed stainless steel kitchen and private stone bath. It features a queen bed, A/C, Wi-Fi and a Smart TV. It is one building back from the beach so within approximately 35 steps your toes hit the beautiful sand. This is our smallest island style villa on the property at 13x16 - 205 sq. ft.

cozy apartment in Utila

The apartment is in the MANURII Garden on the ground floor. A lush garden is around the apartment. Our cozy fire pit is just one step away. Our garden is full with fruits and flowers. We have a coffee machine at our bar which is available from 7am-10am free of charge. There are plenty of bars in Utila. Our bar is more a Meeting point and not with a bar tender all the time. But you have your own fridge at the Apartment.

The Little Grass Shack

We are delighted to once again offer our unique cottage to travellers. Recently renovated (June 2023) with a new thatched roof, fresh paint, and love. The Grass Shack is a relaxing space with high ceilings, a queen sized bed, private bathroom, a comfortable sofa, work space, and an old rocking chair to chill in with a book. It has a private patio, and guests are welcome to use our little pool to cool down.
