I am an Artist / Photographer born in Kyoto I started hosting because I love meeting people from all over the world and making new friends. This place used to be one big guesthouse, but during Covid19, I have stopped running the guesthouse and I moved in with my wife and 2 kids. Still I didn't want to give up so I left the good parts. Private cypress bath and renovated rooms and made another entrance for the Guests. So now it is 2 separate house Please check the house rules before you book.

This is a newly renovated old Japanese house, a middle-class residence built in 1929 and renovated in 2017. It is a legal accommodation permitted by the city of Osaka. Located in the southern part of Osaka, a very quiet residential area. 10 minutes away from the nearest subway station, Kishinosato. It is easy to reach Namba, Umeda by subway, KIX and Koyasan by Nankai Railway. The 7-11 convenience store is one minute away. The Sento public bath is also very close to my house.

2024年7月開業。 「La Fotografia Marrone」は、”金沢駅”から徒歩9分、金沢の主要な観光スポットまでバスが出ている”近江町市場”には徒歩6分の便利な場所にあります。 建物は金澤町家が立ち並ぶ静かな通りに面しており、金沢でもひときわ大きい寺院、東別院が見えます。 この建物は伝統的な外観と間取りによって構成されています。 また、この宿のテーマでもある”写真”においては、日本の写真家「木邑旭宗（きむらかつひこ）IG @kats_portraits」の写真展示してあります。さらに、写真と共に木邑氏が合わせてセレクトした”音楽”を聴きながら室内でゆっくり過ごすことができます。 ゲストにゆったりとした滞在ができるように、近江町市場からも近く料理や中長期滞在もできるような洗濯機などの設備を整えています。 観光で1日回るのも旅の楽しみの一つですが、1日ゆっくり過ごすことも楽しめる滞在となれば嬉しいです。

[Tabitabi Shinsen] is a traditional two-storey machiya , which was built in the Taisho era with more than one hundred years history. The name Shinsen comes from one of the oldest famous courtyard in Kyoto during Heian Period, "Shinsenen", which is located near our house. We are located in Kawaramachi near downtown and convenient for public transit, just 10 min from JR Kyoto Station by taxi, 6 min walking distance from the Kawaramachi subway station, and easy access to the shopping and areas. There is very quiet surrounded by hotels and residences, yet convenient reach of bus routes to other landmarks in Kyoto.
