Bdrm 1 has a queen bed, bdrm 2 has a queen bed & a futon, bdrm 3 has 2 twin beds. New comfy bed toppers 12/24. Absolutely no smoking in our home! We are on a septic system so please be respectful of that. No food or oils down the kitchen sink (please throw everything in the trash) TP only in the toilets. No feminine products.
