The quaint town of Sandpoint, with local shops and restaurants, is a 5 min drive or a 15 min bike ride. The Bay Trail, a 1.5 mile off-leash gravel trail along Lake Pend Oreille, is a 10 minute walk from the apartment.

Separate dining area, A covered veranda includes outdoor seating. and coffee table. Living room offers all new furniture including a couch, queen memory foam sleeper sofa and 50" flat screen TV with wi-fi. A half bath is on the main floor. The two bedrooms are upstairs with individual full size bathrooms with necessities.

For our "get outside" guests, you can access the lake and biking/walking paths right outside the door or a short 13 mile drive to explore the beauty of our destination ski area- Schweitzer Mountain Resort.
