Direct access onto public footpath network and within walking distance of local gastropubs. The ground floor comprises well equipped kitchen/diner, bedroom with king size bed and shower room. Paddle stairs (not suitable for dogs, infants or infirm) to a sitting room also accessed via external staircase.

The cabin provides a eco-friendly, cosy, self contained retreat in the hamlet of Toat, West Sussex. It is a 10 minute walk to the River Arun, the Wey and Arun Canal. Stunning views over the farm, and it's horses, cows, sheep and free range chickens. The cabin has: free fast wifi access suitable for remote working, private parking, footpath/bridleway from our entrance.
