Ideally situated to explore West Sussex we are close to Petworth, Parham House, Arundel and the South Downs National Park. The Studio has a comfortable King size bed, seating area, kitchen with 2 ring hob, microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine and a fully fitted bathroom. There is also a freeview TV and Wifi. The Studio is independent of the main property and has its own parking space.

Follow the mile long farm track (access for one car only) and escape to our beautiful tranquil setting, surrounded by fields and forest. If you are a nature lover, this is your paradise! The only guests you will see are our 4-legged friends; deer wander through the garden, horses graze peacefully behind, foxes come for supper at night. The beautiful St Leonards Forest is within walking distance, ideal for dog walkers and cyclists. Whilst nearby sits the bustling market town of Horsham.

The Dog House is situated in a corner of our garden, in the beautiful Surrey village of Newdigate. Ideal for walkers and cyclists, the village has an award winning real ale pub with great food, a village shop and an Indian restaurant. There are nature reserves and stunning walks and only 15 minutes from Gatwick, access to the airport couldn’t be easier. The historic towns of Dorking and Reigate are a short drive away and have a great range of shops, restaurants and antique shops.

The best things come in small packages.....our cosy annex is part of our home, but is completely private and self-contained with its own entrance. "The Little Annex" is completely self-contained with private access, a kitchenette, work space, double (4' 6") bed, en-suite shower room (with modern digital shower), fast wifi, and driveway parking. A rustic cabin in the heart of the Sussex countryside. Tucked away up a long secluded track the cabin is in an ideal tranquil location over looking fields, woodland and a pond. Only 30 minutes from Gatwick and 2 -3 miles from the pleasant market town of Horsham. Walks across fields to local pubs and only 20 minutes from the Surrey hills Guests can enjoy a retreat style atmosphere in this basic but adequately equipped dwelling. This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. One towel per person is supplied. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on certain days of the week. This does rather depend on what time I have to go out in the morning, but often we can agree on a time. Please do enquire.

Little Apple Barn is a delightful one bedroom retreat nestled in the rolling Sussex countryside close to wonderful vineyards and beautiful historic hamlets. It is newly decorated, with brand new furniture throughout, boasting a very spacious living area with vaulted ceiling, exposed beams and french doors leading to the pretty lawned cottage garden.
