A beautiful large lounge with 65" smart tv, refrigerator, microwave oven and lovely garden views. The bright and spacious bedroom is compete with a superking bed and 50" TV. There is an en suite toilet & shower, complete with a spacious walk in wardrobe. Our property is located in a quiet countryside position but close to the M58. Liverpool Manchester Preston Southport all within easy reach. We are within walking distance to Ormskirk hospital & Edge Hill University. Also easy countryside walks.

Great views over a large lake where you can feed the swans and ducks. The spacious lounge has a pool table, table tennis table, table football and toy selection for younger kids. A family house with 2 dishwashers, 3 ovens, 2 large TVs and 14 seater dining table. The property is connected to a shared 1 acre garden (as seen on TV program Gardeners World). It is for the exclusive use of my 3 Airbnb properties. There is a tree house, pagoda and lots of space to enjoy for picnics, BBQs and games.

A beautiful three bedroom house in the heart of Rivington. A wonderful space to relax and escape the stresses of day to day life. Family and pet friendly spend some time recharging in Rivington. Great for Hiking, swimming, running, cycling and much more. A short walk to Tigers Clough where you can then Hike to Rivington Pike to catch sunrise or sunset, or head down to Go Ape to take a swing around the trees. Rivington is thriving with local breweries and restaurants to dine after a day of fun.

The space The accommodation has 2 double bedrooms (the main bedroom boasting a super king size bed). Both have a 55 inch wall mounted smart TV. Downstairs is a well equipped kitchen with dining table and benches. The living room is spacious with a very comfy sofa, 55 inch smart tv and work space

1750's cottage with open fire and beams

Take it easy at this unique and cosy cottage with a real open fire and original beams. The cottage was constructed in approximately 1750 during the reign of George II. The cottage is constructed from wood and stone and there is not a straight wall, ceiling or door casing in the house! You learn very fast (after banging your head once or twice) to duck under the low door frames and beams. The cottage is small, quirky and very cosy but with a suprisingly large master bedroom and bathroom.

We are excited to be offering Oak House for guests to visit. Once called the Garden of Lancashire, Leyland is a beautiful area with easy access to the Lakes, Bowland Fells, Rivington Pike, and seaside towns of Blackpool, Southport and Morecambe Bay. It is also a short distance from Manchester and Liverpool. The first floor at the back of an artists home in a quiet cul de sac, 10 minute walk to Lymm Village, 5 mins to Lymm Dam. Your own access is up a spiral staircase. A stunning garden with hobbit hut where you’re welcome to sit and relax looking over fields towards Lymm Water Tower. Small to medium dogs only, some don’t like the spiral staircase. A double bedroom, en suite, sofa bed in lounge and kitchenette.
