Outdoor areas include an a large lower deck with dining and seating areas, a *BRAND NEW* hot tub, a fire pit, and a grilling area. Located about 15 minutes from downtown, you can have the peace and seclusion of the lake without sacrificing the attractions of Hot Springs.

The home has three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, ample parking and all on a flat lake lot with no steps needed!

It has a full luxury kitchen, LG frontload w/d, king beds, original art, estate furniture, and amenities. This is a private entrance two-bed, two ensuite bath cottage with walk-in showers and Kohler soaking tub at 1800 SF.

Katherine's Place Luxury Lakefront Home!

Beautiful new construction lakefront on Lake Catherine. We love to sit on the back porch and enjoy coffee in the mornings. We have seen an abundance of wildlife including ducks, deer, geese, and otters. Enjoy swimming, boating, kayaking, and using the dock just steps out the back door. Trout are stocked in the winter months and can be caught near the dam; it is some amazing fishing. Only 5 min. to Garvan Gardens 10 min. to Oaklawn 15 min. to Downtown, and 11 min. to Lake Catherine State Park.

Beautiful 3 bedroom home on Lake Hamilton with a boat dock! Located just off the main channel , breath taking views and easy access to Hot Springs National Park, Historic downtown, oaklawn race track, boat rentals,restaurants ,and shopping!! Very quite and cozy with fire pit and ambiance lighting!! A place you will want to revisit!! So book now !! Also has two kayaks . A very nice cove to float and soak up some sun. Boat launch 1/8 mile from cottage. King bed queen bed and twin bed

Private guest cottage for 2 right on Lake Hamilton

Light and open small studio cottage right on the water perfect for a relaxing getaway for 2 people, or a getaway for 1 person, not suitable for more because it’s too small. There is a small kitchenette with everything you need except a stove/oven. Please note, there is a steep hill to walk down and walk back up to the parking spot which is under a carport. Also, this year ( Nov-Feb) the Corps of Engineers will lower Lake Hamilton 5 feet, and water in cove will be minimal.
