Beachfront home with ocean views and balcony

We are steps away from the most popular beach in NYC in the best location possible. The apartment sits across from the 97th St boardwalk concessions, offering a delicious variety of food, live music, and dancing. More food/bar options, surfboard rental, the A train, and the Ferry are only a short walk away. In the warmer weather, the balcony is perfect for dinner and drinks. I live in the apartment as well and will be here during your stay but work long hours so you won't even notice I am there.

Enjoy ocean and bay views while sipping your favorite beverage from the elevated deck. Steps to Atlantic Ocean and walking distance to all shops, bars & restaurants on the trendy West End. Steps away from the Long Beach Boardwalk and all festivities. The listing is for the upper portion of the house, as seen in the photos. Easy train or ferry ride to NYC. Close to JFK airport. Beach passes, beach chairs and a beach umbrella provided. We allow guests that are 25 years old ++.

Beachside 2-story house with lots of room for friends and family. Steps to the beach. Walk/bike to town for restaurants/bars/markets. Includes bikes/beach chairs/towels and linens. 3 bedrooms. 1.5 bath. Large/Updated kitchen. Front porch. Huge rear-yard with table & gas-grill for meals and additional seating area for 8. On-site parking, washer/dryer too. Point Lookout is a quiet little getaway with very little traffic so it's ideal to walk/bike around town.

My Space by the Beach

My spacious 2nd floor apartment is located 1 block from the ocean. A 5 minute walk or $5 cab to all the west end nightlife. A $5 cab to the train station that goes to NYC. You have an ocean view from the front windows. The south side deck can be used for BBQing. I can provide a grill and outdoor table w/ chairs. The building is quiet and the tenants are friendly. You will not regret staying in My Space by the Beach!

Incredible Beach House -Spectacular Ocean View!

We do have short-term rent permit from the OSE. Perfect house if you are looking to get away from the city for a few weeks, you are visiting NYC but don't want to stay in the urban chaos, or just want to treat yourself with a perfect vacation. This newly-renovated beach house IS THE NUMBER ONE LOCATION and most luxurious house in the community. RIGHT BEFORE THE WATER WITH THE MILLION DOLLAR VIEW!

Oceanview in the West End

Steps to the beach! Park your cars and leave them behind while you live the beach life. Walk to the beach for a morning swim, come home for lunch then back to the beach for a nap. Head back for a cocktail, wave watching and sunset on your private upper deck. Walk down the street to a myriad of restaurant choices. Return home, open the windows and listen to the waves crash. Repeat as needed.
