Vakantiewoningen met patio in Hoya de Buñol

Lucie offered us a wonderful home for an extended weekend. She well-provided us with a very helpful instruction booklet with lots of fantastic tipps, we really appreciated and followed some of then :) The home is in a perfect central location and very clean (although there were some dead ants in the corner), only the water pressure of the shower was a bit low, otherwise nothing to complain and 100% recommended to everyone!

Nicolas was a great host. He agreed to a late check in and even come to meet us at the airport. The place is very clean and he is eager to help and easy to communicate with. The bus station is literally in the front of the building and the metro is at 5 minutes walk. We would definitely come back.

Rebeca hat uns persönlich empfangen und über die Besonderheiten gut informiert. Die Wohnung entsprach voll und ganz der Beschreibung, das Bett und die Couch waren sehr bequem und Bereiche wie Badezimmer, Küche und restliche Räume ordentlich und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen diese Unterkunft zu 100% weiter. Nochmal Danke an Rebeca für die Möglichkeit in Ihrer Wohnung zu wohnen.

The location was very walkable. When we needed a taxi, we could grab one at the end of the street. The grocery store was very close. There were plenty of things to do in the area. Valencia is a beautiful city.

La casa si trova in zona Paterna di Valencia, una zona tranquilla e non centrale ma questo non influisce sulla comodità; è una ristrutturazione completa di un vecchio mulino. L'appartamento è perfetto per chi ha la macchina perché essendo fuori dal centro non ha problemi di parcheggio o di traffico e dista circa 15 minuti. Per chi invece come noi, si spostavano a piedi, la metro è a 400 metri ed è diretta da diversi punti del centro. La casa è meravigliosa; un'open space spazioso e moderno. I letti sono comodissimi e le lenzuola pulitissime; la casa in generale è molto pulita e ben tenuta. Nonostante gli ampi spazi e le altezze, si riscalda bene ed è davvero confortevole. Ho conosciuto Ivan al check-out, molto simpatico, che gentilmente mi ha mostrato tutte le caratteristiche della proprietà. Sta inoltre costruendo la piscina, una vera chicca che completa la bellezza di questo posto particolare. Ringrazio Ivan per la sua gentilezza e consiglio a tutti questa struttura.

Estuvimos muy agusto. Agradecí la flexibilidad con poder entrar más pronto ya que me venía mejor por mis hijos pequeños. El apartamento y la zona muy chulos,tranquilas y con comercios. si puedo...volvere

La casa es tal cual se describe en el anuncio, hemos pasado unas vacaciones fantásticas. A pie de playa y la piscina en la puerta del jardín. urbanización muy tranquila para poder descansar. jose luis un anfitrión de 10. Tanto la cama como el sofá cama, muy cómodas. Recomendable. Nos sentimos bienvenidos en el alojamiento, te mueves en metro muy fácil a cualquier lugar en Valencia. La anfitriona muy amable y comprensiva.

Alles war wunderbar. Paula war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Lage zu Fuß 1-2 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Wohnung wie angegeben, alles Tip Top. Garage mit Tischtennis war eine gute Abwechslung und hat viel Spaß gemacht 👍🏼

¡Una estancia excelente! El apartamento en El Vergel superó nuestras expectativas: limpio, cómodo y perfectamente equipado para viajar en familia. Fuimos con nuestro perro y un bebé, y todo estuvo pensado para hacernos sentir como en casa. La zona es tranquila, ideal para descansar, y muy cerca de la playa. El anfitrión fue muy atento y amable en todo momento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Sin duda, lo recomendamos y esperamos volver pronto.

Emilio fue encantador desde el primer intante, nos envió la información necesaria por mensaje, nos facilitó el poder entrar antes en la casa y el poder salir más tarde si no lonecitabamos. En todo tiempo muy amable y encantador. La fina de los naranjos es más hermosa que lo que se puede apreciar en las fotos. Toda la obra donde nos hospedamos es nueva, con buenos acabados y electrodomesticos de primera calidad. Exelente gusto para la decoración. La piscina y la zona de barbacoa es la cereza del pastel. Y por si fuese poco, nos ofrecieron comer toda la naranja que pudieramos comer, hay que decirlo, una naranja de primerísima calidad. Sin duda reperiré, salimos muy muy satisfechos con todo. ubicat al centre de la ciutat , ho tens tot a mà. la aparcament no es fàcil pero donant un parell de voltes aparcas.

We hadden een geweldige tijd in de woning van Alexandra! De communicatie verliep heel vlot en uiterst vriendelijk, wat altijd heel aangenaam is mocht je toch nog vragen hebben. De woning is helemaal vernieuwd, en heel mooi ingericht. De ligging is ideaal, op wandelafstand van metro- en busstation om de stad in te trekken en op wandelafstand van de haven/strand. Het was zalig vertoeven op het dakterras, met mooie zuiderse planten. We verbleven er tijdens de "santa semana", en konden deze unieke processies van heel dichtbij in de straten van de buurt meemaken. Valencia heeft ons hart gestolen, mochten we nog een keer terugkomen met onze groep, dan logeren we zeker en vast weer in het huis van Alexandra.

Todo bien. Los propietarios muy amables, estuvieron esperando que llegaramos pese a que nos perdimos (la direccion y Google Maps no se entendieron bien), y muy atentos en todo momento. A 5 minutos si llega de la playa. Muy recomendable

L’appartamento di Carmen è spazioso ed accogliente! L’arredamento delizioso rende l’ambiente caldo e ci siamo sentiti davvero come a casa. Il piccolo giardino interno inoltre è stato perfetto con i bambini. La posizione ottima a metà tra il centro e la città della scienza ci ha permesso di raggiungere le nostre mete facilmente. Carmen un host gentilissima e premurosa ,non ci ha fatto mancare nulla. Valencia città incantevole.

Es la segunda vez que me alojo aquí. Pablo, el host, siempre tan atento. La casa está super bien equipada y la ubicación tranquila, cerca de todo e inmejorable para darse un paseo al atardecer.

El apartamento tal cual se ve en las fotos, todo limpio y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días agradables. Susana siempre atenta, comunicación rápida y muy flexible con los horarios de entrada y salida, lugar totalmente recomendable.

I had a longer stay at Dan’s apartment and everything was just as described. What stood out most was the beautiful sunset view in the evenings—over the hills and the surrounding landscape. It often reminded me of Tuscany. A peaceful and memorable experience.

We had an excellent stay at Elena and Wilfort’s place. It is a perfect quiet location only 20 minutes ride from Valencia. The beach is 3 minutes walk and perfect for long walks. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. It offers a beautiful sea view as well. The building is very quiet and clean. The hosts were very kind and friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend it and would love to stay there again !

Eva is a very nice and helpful host. Her place was really cozy and very well equipped. The only small disadvantage is if you share the house with guests in the second apartment, the bathroom walls are super thin and you can hear everything. Luckily we had this situation only for one night. Otherwise it's a great place to relax

Un apartamento limpio y tranquilo. Plaza de garage comoda para un coche grande. El trato de Beatriz es muy amable y amistoso. Mi estancia fue agradable. Sin dudas recomendable.

I recently stayed at Sali’s place, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. Our group of six found the apartment was perfect for our needs—spacious, comfortable and very clean. The layout was ideal, with plenty of room for everyone to relax without feeling cramped. The common area was lovely for gathering, and the fully-equipped kitchen was great for preparing meals. The location is perfect, situated in a quiet neighbourhood but still close to local attractions, restaurants, shops and beaches. Sali was a very responsive host and answered any queries we had very promptly. All in all, this apartment was the perfect base for our group, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with a larger group!

Estuvimos genial en casa de Pablo, muy comunicativo, siempre pendiente de cada detalle. La ubicación es genial, ya que estás a 5 min andando de una playa fantástica, sin apenas gente y con actividades de vela, zona muy tranquila, supermercados y servicios de restauración cerca, el bar Mistral de camino a la playa sobre las 7 abre, buen café y gente maja. Si quieres moverte a Gandia, Dénia, Jávea, etc. es un paseo en coche. Recomiendo la casa de Pablo, sobretodo si vas buscando tranquilidad, desconexión, playa y restauración, un 10.

We had a great time at Gema's beautiful apartment. The décor was lovely and there was a good amount of communal space for the four of us. My kids loved the garden and the bunk beds! The kitchen had everything we needed, with a huge fridge and separate freezer. The location is great, a ten minute walk to a large sandy beach with a good choice of restaurants and ice cream parlours, and fifteen minutes walk to the port which had a nice vibe to it. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend! thanks Gema x
