En general muy bien! Para estar en NJ la conexión con Manhattan es muy rápida, hay muchos autobuses a dos manzanas del apartamento (15 mins). La comunicación con Nicole muy rápida y eficaz, nos ayudó en todo momento con todo lo que necesitamos. El apartamento coincidía exactamente con las fotos y con los servicios ofrecidos.

Siamo stati in questo alloggio per una settimana. Tutto era come descritto, Elsie ci ha “seguiti” da lontano ed è sempre stata reattiva per rispondere alle nostre domande. Location molto ben collegata, in circa 15 minuti si arriva a Time Square dalla fermata davanti casa (NJ transit). Alloggio pulitissimo e curato in ogni dettaglio, ha proprio pensato a tutto. Unica cosa che aggiungerei, una luce all’esterno con sensore volumetrico, per poter aprire comodamente la porta quando si arriva a casa di sera. Complimenti Elsie, e grazie! Se un giorno passi per Roma saremo lieti di darti consigli utili per ammirare la nostra città.

That apartment was great for our family of 5 with room to spare. Kids were excited for the bunk beds! Entry into building and apartment was very straightforward. It was a 5-10 min walk from the path station which was very useful for sightseeing in manhattan. The apartment was clean and convienient. Anytime we needed anything, Kevin (the manager of the apt I presume) was very quick to get it sorted. Anytime you book an AirBnB in the NYC area, you're worried that it will be cramped, dirty etc. But this place looked exactly like the pictures, was clean and convienient and had a fantastic view from every room!

Vue magnifique sur Manhattan by nigth ! La balade aux alentours est tranquille et agréable. Le quartier est plutôt calme. Il faut compter 15mn de bus de New York ou bien faire la traversée en bateau. Samuel est réactif à la moindre question. Je recommande !

We had a fantastic week in India’s apartment. The place is really spacious, well equipped and with incredibly comfy beds!! The location is fantastic for exploring the city. We never waited more than 5 minutes for a bus in to or out of the city, and we really enjoyed being able to escape the city centre at the end of the day. The local area is great for cafes, restaurants, shops and takeaways. India was a great host - she answered all my many questions before we arrived and also provided helpful advice whilst we were there. When we had a problem with the heating on our first evening she sorted it out very quickly. We stayed here with 2 teenagers and found it to be the perfect base for our week in New York. Would highly recommend :)

We had alot of criteria for this trip, and Dan's home checked each box perfectly. It was a surprise 40th birthday trip with a total of 8 people. There was plenty of space for all of us to spread out and sleep comfortably! The location was ideal: walkable to area restaurants, stores and the bus stop. We were in NYC by the bus within 15 minutes. Parking for our cars was easy at the garage that is visible from the apartment building. Dan is very responsive and helpful with each and every question!!! We hope to stay again!

Emma ist eine zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Alles entsprach unseren Vorstellungen, in der Unterkunft war alles vorhanden, was wir benötigten. Wir haben in den Betten traumhaft geschlafen, von der Matratze bis zur Bettwäsche, alles war perfekt. Sogar ein kleiner Garten ist vorhanden. Unsere Gastgeberin war immer erreichbar und reagierte sofort auf unsere Mails. Die Gegend ist entspannend ruhig und trotzdem hatten wir nur 2 Minuten Fußweg um einen fantastischen Blick auf die Skyline von Manhattan zu werfen, wo sich auch die Bushaltestelle befand. Wenn wir abends aus dem ganzen Trubel zurückgefahren sind, haben wir immer diesen überragenden Blick auf die Skyline genossen, der bei jeden Licht anders erschien. Diesen Blick hätten wir nie genießen können, hätten wir in Manhattan selbst gewohnt. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft hiermit zu 100 Prozent und sollten wir New York wieder besuchen, kommt für uns diese Unterkunft wieder in frage.

El check in fue muy sencillo. Viajamos en un grupo grande y no todos llegamos juntos y Benjamin fue muy atento y dispuesto a tener la casa lista para el que primero llegaba (incluso aunque era algo antes de la hora del anuncio). Luego la casa es hermosa y muy cómoda por sus instalaciones y x la ubicación. Súper recomendable para quienes visiten New York pero no quieran estar todo el tiempo en una ciudad tan concurrida. Hoboken es tranquilo hay de todo. La casa está cerca de la terminal y cerca de la costanera con una vista de NY increíble. Si volviera a NY seguramente me alojaría nuevamente en Hoboken y de ser muchos incluso buscaría q sea en la casa de Benjamin y Amandine.

Great place to stay for visiting NY and NJ! Comfy bedroom, spacious kitchen and living room, quick bus to Port Authority nearby, and amazing views for manhattan skyline!

Absolutely loved our stay at this stunning Airbnb with a breathtaking view of the New York City skyline! Yojaira’s place was beautiful, spacious, and spotless. Most importantly very close to NYC. Parking was a bit challenging as the street parking was always full. We found a parking spot on the street that was a few minutes of walking distance at only $4/day. We didn't move the car the entire weekend as we did not want to deal with find another parking spot. We used Uber and had no trouble getting around. We were very comfortable in her place with my wife and two adult children. Both kids had their own bedroom, which was very convenient. The location was ideal as well—close to everything with public transportation just a short walk away. Yojaira was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making sure we had everything that we needed during our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay close to NYC, and we’ll definitely be back next time we're in town. Highly recommend!

Die Unterkunft war wunderbar, NYC ist mit dem Bus in 15min erreichbar. Wir haben uns mit der NJT-App Zehnertickets gekauft, sodass eine Fahrt Recht günstig war. Es gibt in der Nähe der Unterkunft viele süße Cafés, in denen man super frühstücken kann - wobei Diego uns auch angeboten hat, in der Unterkunft Kaffee zu trinken. Wir fanden Diego super lieb und entgegenkommend und haben uns herzlich aufgenommen gefühlt. Danke an Diego!

Amazing hosts!!! It was my first time in New York and my first solo trip. As a solo female traveler, it was very important to me that I felt safe and comfortable - and this family made sure I felt exactly that! I received lots of recommendations, helpful trips with public transit, and good conversation. Their friends, family, and pets were also amazing. It was very nice meeting them. I highly recommend.

merry was such an accommodating and helpful host. the place was so clean and exactly as described. she was beyond helpful with arranging a parking space for us during our stay. very safe and great space to stay if you don’t want to stay in the busy city and you’re open to traveling to the city and back as it’s fairly fast and easy.

Our family of 5 stayed here comfortably. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Having a dedicated parking was a huge plus. Looking forward to future stays.

The condo is spectacular and the host was very gracious and helpful! Note: there are alot of stairs to climb. We were unaware of this prior to checking in and my mother was unable to make it up the stairs due to her recent hip surgery. So please note there are stairs and it's not handicapped accessible. Otherwise great stay! Thanks!

If you are looking to explore New York for a few days or longer then Jay's place is great. Just a few minutes from the Long Beach station, Penn or Grand Central are about an hour away on a direct LIRR train. You will save $$$ by staying here compared with Manhattan. Long Beach is a safe, full of interesting shops. The 10km boardwalk is just a few minutes away. The apartment of character in a listed building full of charm. Loved the well stocked kitchen and would not hesitate to come back again.

We had a great time at the house! Everything was as listed. AJ was responsive and reached out with clear instructions on check in and house tips. The location was amazing, so close to the beach, and the neighbors in the rest of the house were very friendly. We loved chilling on the porch, and the quietness of Ocean Grove with the proximity of the more busy town of Asbury only about 3/4 of a mile away is perfect! Thanks again and we wil surely be looking to book again in the future!

Great place to stay right in this beautiful spa resort - everything you might need is on premises - if your planning a daytime spa get-away, this is the perfect overnight to add - clean, affordable and convenient.

Gerry & Arlene were great hosts! They helped us find a location that fit our needs (walkable to the ski slopes). (We thought we originally booked a place right at Mountain Creek, but it ended up being across the street - so definitely a bit of a walk, but still not too bad.) We were celebrating our son's 13th birthday and the condo was perfect. The location allowed us to snowboard all day, come back to have pizza and birthday cake, then go right back on the slopes until closing. (We also left two pairs of our snowboard boots there...and they were extremely helpful in getting these back to us!)

Beautiful apartment. Has many kitchen necessities and cooking spices, didn’t have to go out for anything other than the food we were cooking. Has nice communal shared space with the other buildings, including a nice and large communal hot tub and pool. Would definitely come back again!

We loved this place. Location definitely walkable to the boardwalk and beach. Also walkable to nice restaurants in Asbury Park and the Stone Pony if you are OK with walking up to a mile each way. The tennis court next door is part of a private club (off limits), but we found a public tennis/pickle ball court just 1.5 miles away on Main street. The bathroom has been updated very nicely. Another great amenity was the fully stocked Keurig coffee system. Thank you!
