Bed & breakfasts in Hudson River

We recently enjoyed a lovely stay at The Carriage Barn in Guilford. Our host, Katherine, was very responsive to everything we might have needed during our visit: a very easy check in and out process, detailed instructions on how everything worked, items for our comfort (a gift of delicious chocolates, many fluffy towels, silky sheets, etc.), and was easily available via texting. The photos of her restored historic barn are very accurate - it's a beautifully designed renovation and is decorated with lovely art pieces, cozy furniture, and a huge library of books for your enjoyment. The tv works great and so does the WiFii. We traveled with our small dog and there is a baby gate available that easily snaps onto the staircase posts so I was not concerned about my dog's safety.. Best of all is the beautiful views of the gorgeous Vermont countryside. You'll see lovely sunsets here and spectacular sunrises. It's a great spot to truly relax.

5 of us stayed at David's place for our family ski vacation and all of us loved the location and the house. the house was as described and has so many linens and amenities. it's 30 minutes to Stratton Ski Report and 5 minutes to downtown Manchester where you can find anything, including Shaws supermarket. It's a great location and house and we are looking forward to come back to this place next year for our family vacation. Thanks

Leo and Michelle were very responsive with any questions we had, and even reached out to offer us an early check in. The location was close enough to our places of interest, while still being slightly rural. The place looked just like the pictures and we felt right at home. We will stay there again when we return!

We had a lovely time at Blythe's place. The house was clean, cozy and so close to Bellayre mountain, which was perfect for our ski trip. Would definitely stay there again!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Julia’s place. The bedroom is spacious, private and comfortable. The bathroom is perfect. Everything is spotless! The bed is unbelievably comfortable. I slept very well and found the location quite peaceful. Julia is kind, and warm and made me feel at home. I highly recommend Julia‘s place without any hesitation.

The house was very peaceful and quiet. Caryn owns three alpacas and a sheep and they were adorable and fun to watch. The house was very rustic and comfortable and very well equipped. Caryn was an amazing host. She was at the house to greet us when we arrived and was very accommodating with any questions that we had. She couldn't do enough to make our stay perfect.

We loved Susan's apartment from the moment we walked in. As described, it is indeed a sunny place. Everything was spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. The beds were excellent and very comfortable. What really stood out though were the thoughtful details. The little nightlight in the bathroom with a cute nightshade, the personal reading light on the bed, the different weight blankets for different temperatures, the poems in the living room and everything we needed in the kitchen. We easily walked into Northampton for great food and coffee and it's easy to drive to Amherst. This is also the first time we visited the Flayvors of Cook Farm shop to try their handmade ice cream...and it was amazing. We'd definitely stay in Susan's place again and hope to do so!

Best value! Very nicely uniquely decorated lovely house with many interesting antique Ray collected . Clean and comfortable. Host Ray is the nicely host I ever had. Not only he got up very early to prepare delicious breakfast for my family when I had to leave the place early to catch a skiing lesson at Okemo, he also prepared the pit fire for us after he saw my daughter trying to pick up items for s'more making when we ran into each other coincidentally at the nearby grocery store. I will highly recommend Ray's unit for anyone who visit the area. Thanks Ray for your top notch hospitality!!

I can't recommend this enough. Susan is really great. Free to site see , meditate, write or read. The perfect environment. You'll feel right at home in the country.

Heidi goes above and beyond for her guests. Her home is warm and welcoming making you feel right at home. The complimentary breakfast is a nice touch. we had the pleasure of meeting Heidi and it was such a pleasure getting to know her. She also gives great recommendations on where to go around town. We will definitely be coming back for another stay. Thank you Heidi, Randy, and of course their pup Satchmo for a wonderful stay. We are grateful you open your home to us all.

We had a really enjoyable stay with Ernie and Eric! Ernie made us a delicious breakfast every day and made us feel right at home. The bed was very comfortable and the hot tub was a nice addition! Highly recommend staying here.

Always a favorite of mine to stay at mountain sports inn. My go-to when in killington. Great price, perfect location, and always easy to check in and out. Never a complaint!

A beautiful farm on a high, open ridge a few miles north of Bainbridge. Renee has created a warm and welcoming space in the two upstairs bedrooms. When I arrived, I was welcomed by Renee's sister Maryanne, a beekeeper with all kinds of fascinating observations about the land they live on.

Highlanders View is the full bed and breakfast experience! Leam was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The views are second to none, and the surrounding forest puts you right in the middle of the Catskills. The Tavern Room was perfect, with a clean, full bathroom, comfortable bed, living room area, and a large porch to take it all in. I would highly recommend and would love to come back!

Excellent AirB&B where I stayed for three months during my visiting research program at Yale. Next time I’m in New Haven, I’d like to stay here again.

Tonja and Tracey have the most incredible home! This is by far the most wonderful airbnb I've experienced. My colleague and I stayed here on a work trip twice and would go back in a heartbeat. The space is absolutely gorgeous, and all the details make you feel relaxed and completely comfortable. Beyond the beautiful, peaceful space, Tracey and Tonja are wonderful hosts -- warm, responsive, and thoughtful in every way. I truly can't wait to go back! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this experience!

Our stay with Priscilla in the farmhouse was wonderful. The room we stayed in was very spacious with a big bed and several very comfy chairs. Priscilla greeted us in a very friendly manner and showed us all around and gave us recommendations for dinner. She was available to us for whatever we needed. We had two incredible breakfasts during our stay. Her avocado toast, which she was trying for the first time, was the best that I have had! On day number two we had delicious chicken sausage and blueberry pancakes, along with fresh fruit and orange juice and coffee. Once again, delicious. I grew up in a rural area so staying at this farmhouse on a rural road brought back many memories for me. The peace and the quiet was incredible….. And yet… You don’t have to go far to get to major roads or delicious food. On our last night, we went to Stacy‘s Scratch Kitchen in Broad Albin. Don’t miss this one! We gave it an 11 out of 10. 😊 Thank you, Priscilla, for everything!

This property and its location in the Hamptons is perfect. And Monika goes long past the extra mile to make you feel properly “hosted”. Beyond that, the AirBnB review character limit prevents me from doing justice to how truly extraordinary Monika is as a host or how equally wonderful the property is to experience. Sufficed to say, this was the best AirBnB experience we have ever had anywhere, period, full stop. We will absolutely be back.

What a lovely and beautiful location amongst the woods... perfect living space, a wonderful kitchen with everything we could want or need. Sharon is the consummate host. We absolutely love being there and our 2 dogs do too! We can't wait for our next visit!!

We had a lovely stay at The Lacey Rose. The house itself is very impressive and beautiful inside. The beds were very comfy and breakfast was terrific. Denise was great and stayed up to welcome us on a bit of a late arrival. Will have no hesitation in staying there again.

Great place to stay. Walkable to most everything in Warwick. Lots of room to spread out and the bathroom was quite large. You have to walk through the front of the restaurant to reach the loft and the restaurant staff was always very welcoming upon our return. We had a slight hiccup at check-in, but Gabriela was extremely responsive. Definitely recommend.

In one word, cozy. Lauren and Blake's cabin was a quiet retreat, with a cozy wood burning stove, simple and elegant decor and the most comfortable beds our party of three has ever experienced. Only minutes to the quaint little village of West Stockbridge the cabin is a beautiful haven we didn't want to leave. We will stay here again.

The Inn rooms are clean and spacious with well-appointed bathrooms. The grounds are pretty and relaxing, and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. A great place to stay for Bethel Woods concerts, as it's roughly 20 minutes away. We missed the fire pit because we were at a concert but would love to join next time. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We give this 5 stars across the board!
