What a wonderful home to use as a base to explore the surroundings and is exactly the way it is described. Blair is a great host and promptly responded to our questions and needs. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors very friendly. The beautiful beach is a short 5 minute walk down the street and is hardly used by anyone. We some times felt it was our very own private beach. There are trails leading to the adjacent nature preserve with wonderful views of the ocean. Shopping centers are just 10 minutes down the road where you can buy anything you would ever want or need. The location was perfect for us to conveniently experience Puerto Rico: El Yunque National Forest, Fajardo culture and beaches, and the ferry to Culebra. We definitely recommend Blair's home for anyone seeking a relaxing vacation with family and friends.

Beautiful place just steps from the beach and a beautiful preserve. The house has its own private pool. Great and clean place to enjoy with family and friends or friends.

The property we stayed at consist of three nice sized villas overlooking an amazing view and pool. Very exotic location, with a little river in the back and beautiful lighting. The villas were immaculately designed, and the interiors were impeccable very classy taste was put into this setting. My wife loved the color schemes. The hosts were incredible as well. We will be staying here again in the future! Thank you so much for the great recommendations.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home! The house itself was stunning, with a spacious layout and all the comforts we needed. The yard and pool were absolutely perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. The surrounding beach community was welcoming and made our trip even more special. We can't wait for our next visit—highly recommend!

Realmente valoramos mucho la estadía, queda cerca de el terminal de los ferris, es perfecto para poder ir a vieques y culebra, es muy agradable la estadía, te dejan instrucciones especiales y es como cuando papá te deja notitas en casa para recordarte que no se le olvide las cosas…. Nos agradó muchísimo la estadía y volveríamos otra vez, muchísimas gracias por todo, y el cooler lo dejamos para volver en una próxima visita! Enjoyed a 2 week stay recently at this lovely spot. Great 2 bedroom condo overlooking the tennis courts. Second floor with easy entrance and parking for one vehicle. The kitchen was well appointed with good pots and pans and good knives. The balcony is spacious and overlooks a lovely pond with a water fountain. Nice and quiet setting. The beds were very comfortable. The host responded to every question and request almost immediately. Would definitely stay again if returning to Palmas Del Mar.

Our stay at Roberto’s place was nothing but amazing. This home is the perfect location, private and peaceful with amazing scenery in the country, but very close to shops, stores and many beaches. Walmart (two) within 20 minutes each way, and beaches were 20-40 minutes, I went to a different beach every single day. Some things I appreciated about this home were; full size fridge, full size washer and dryer IN the home, smart tv with apps, outdoor shower by the pool. Indoor shower has HOT water and very good strong water pressure. Did not run out of hot water at all, ever. Pool was clean and house was pristine when we entered. Currently no neighbors, completely private. A lovely family of iguanas that I enjoyed watching every day lived on the property. Some tips staying in the country- keep your food in the fridge in case tiny ants become a pest, and take out trash everyday. We also visited Roberto’s local restaurant Isa Pikadera, where we had the most amazing service, food and drinks.

The location of this home is special. The outdoor area is where we spent most of our time as a family. We had young children with us - so be aware of the stairs. But the outside pool, basketball court, gazebo and general space to play was such a great experience for us. It also is private with the lush vegetation around the home. Ramon is very quick to respond also.

The house is beautiful and spacious. The kids loved spending time in the pool. The beds were very comfortable. We felt right at home.

Comfortable and homely place to stay. Everything we needed was furnished. Pool and pool area was clean and perfect for spending a lot of time with our two young children. The beach at Punto Santiago was two minutes away, a local store at the end of the street and Walmart is about 10 minutes away. AC worked and water was hot. Host was easy to reach and car parking is secure. We loved our time there and would stay again.

Jose’s place was great for my family and I. We enjoyed the house and the area.

Maria's place was perfect for us. The beds were very comfortable, the place was well stocked and super clean, and the views are fantastic and get better and better the higher you go in the townhome (6 floors). As others have stated, there are a lot of stairs, but they are worth the effort. There's also an elevator if you prefer that route. Host was very responsive with minor questions during the stay, I would definitely stay here again.

Had a lovely stay at this home. Lots of great restaurants within a 5 minute drive. And the neighborhood and neighbors were amazing

Top notch rental in a vibrant location accessible to the one of the beauty of Puerto Rico. Would highly recommend this location & definitely will be back to this gorgeous place.

The house is absolutely wonderful! The view was stunning and all of the rooms were spacious. A sweet neighborhood with even sweeter dogs to boot! The location is relatively close (45 mins- hour) to PRs must sees such as El Yunque, Ceiba Ferry and Old San Juan. I highly recommend!

Highly recommend this house. The pool was great. We were within walking distance to the beach and there are several restaurants nearby. The neighborhood is quiet.
