This is a great spot to be centralized in Hanoi! We felt right in the middle of all that the city has to offer. There is so much right outside the door, but we felt very secure and private in this home. Tons of space for our family of 5. Great home base for enjoying Hanoi :)

This place was a lucky find for us. Convenient, memorable, well-located. We loved the style and decor of the place. There are 4 floors with multiple layouts, which works out well for a big family because it affords privacy but you still feel all together. The location is right next to Hoan Kiem but tucked away down an alley so with a little peace and quiet. I loved looking out on Hanoi from the rooftop. The hosts were super flexible about a bunch of things and helped accommodate our two year old as well. They arranged taxis for all our major trips and helped out with advice about timing and locations. A standout experience!

The place was great. It is in the main area, and the house looked very clean. The street is busy and we have many shops and restaurants outside. The amenities were correctly described. The host was super responsive. She let us check-in early which was very much helpful. She's very kind and attended to all our needs. Overall, a great experience ❣️

We had a comfortable stay. Huong and Edric were very nice hosts allowing us to store our luggage after checkout for some time. Also they gave us a nice little souvenir when we checked out, that was very thoughtful. The location of the place was also very good considering everything was within 15 minutes' reach. The only issue is there is one room per floor. Ground floor is just kitchen and living. So we had to carry our big luggages by stairs until 3rd floor, so please ensure you check with Edric or Huong if you cannot carry the luggages up the stairs. Not a big deal, but something to be aware of. The other thing was the bathrooms on the first and second floor need a bit a renovation was a bit inconvenient with no separation between the bathtub and the rest of the toilet, with water everywhere. The third floor bathroom is nice with proper separate shower area.

The management team are friendly, even the house have 5 floors but still somwhat feels small due to the space was built vertically as how typical Vietnamese building is. It is a beautiful place for those who like to experience local way of life. The roof top bath is a great idea, and I did enjoy it while I'm here. However, if the bathtub can have some polish would be nice, it was not dirty by any means, just dusty from sitting outdoors. The location is great if you want to explore old town Hanoi. Overall worth the stay.

We had an amazing stay at Thuy’s property! Thuy went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, providing Netflix access in each room and even helping us dry our clothes for free when we had to leave before they were ready. The house is incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room and privacy for everyone in our group. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend staying here for an exceptional and thoughtful hosting experience!

Tung’s place is a very convenient place to be when in Hanoi as it is just in the Old Quarter, very near to a lot of places especially the night market, lake, and restos. Tung as a host is the best! He responds to queries and requests ASAP, even late at night. Overall, this place is highly recommended when you want to stay in old quarter.

Chủ nhà rất thân thiện và nhiệt tình. Phòng rất sạch đẹp, gồm 2 phòng ngủ 2 phòng tắm và có cả máy chiếu để xem phim. Sofa ở phòng khách có vết ố nhẹ nên chủ nhà có thể cân nhắc giặt lại. Phòng bếp được chuẩn bị cực kì đầy đủ gia vị, tiện nghi, có cả tỏi và hành, tuy nhiên hình như không có lò vi sóng. Ngay tầng 1 có siêu thị và khá nhiều các dịch vụ khác. Một trải nghiệm tuyệt vời. Khi có dịp chắc chắn mình sẽ quay lại.

Completely in love with the place!! The place in personal looks just exactly like the pictures, newly renovated with modern, chic design and comfortable furniture, and having lots of plants around the house is a huge plus. The host was super friendly and responsive, always being helpful whenever it makes senses and despite the place being far away from the city centre, he sometimes offers to drive me to the centre which is something i’m extremely greatful for. Would love to recommend and will definitely stay here again when I’m visiting Hanoi.

The apartment is centrally located in Ocean Park 1, S209 building, 3d floor, green plants on the balcony give privacy and you can overlook playground from the window that makes it very convenient for families with kids. Kids room has a bunk bed for 3 kids (twin above full) and a table. Washing machine was of much help to us. All grocery shops and restaurants are right in the same building. Free bus will take you to 2 water parks, Mega Mall and Grand World. Ocean Park is a great area to walk, lots of playgrounds, very secure, swimming pools indoor (year round) and outdoor (till November 15th). Big fridge, microwave. Mattress on the bunk is very hard, but main bedroom has a nice queen bed. A/C works great. Thank you, dear host, for always being in touch and helping us with all our requests.
