Nette Leute und ein schönes Haus- gerne wieder!

Amazing house! We we were a group of 9 people and enjoyed staying there very much. Host was very supportive, the house is exactly as publicised with clean sheets, towels, and comfortable beds. Check in and check out was very smooth, definitely coming back.

Die Villa ist wirklich super schön, ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Möbel und das Inventar sind hochwertig. Hervorragend der beheizte Pool und der Whirlpool. Der Garten ist zauberhaft angelegt und riesengroß. Es gibt überall wunderschöne Ecken zum Entspannen. Fußläufig erreichbar die Fanadir Marina, ruhiger als Abu Tig Marina, wunderschön mit tollen Cafés und Restaurants. Ein großes Lob auch für Frau Hend, der Service von ihr war wirklich einmalig, sehr zuvorkommend, zuverlässig und stets erreichbar. Eine Nacht konnten wir leider nicht schlafen, da Jugendliche auf ihrer Jacht ca 100 m entfernt die ganze Nacht Party machten. Auch darum hat sich Frau Hend gekümmert. Danach war Ruhe. Einziger Nachteil: das anliegende Nebengebäude für Person 7 und 8 ist nicht auf dem gleichen Niveau wie das Haupthaus. Es ist eher eine Notunterkunft und nachts sehr laut wegen der anliegenden Straße. Trotzdem insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert, am besten nur bis 6 Personen.

Wir haben eine Woche in der Unterkunft bei Abdo verbracht und würden jederzeit wieder bei ihm buchen. Das Apartment war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Nach Downtown oder auch zur Marina waren es nur wenige Minuten mit dem Tuktuk bzw. mit einem Scooter, den wir uns geliehen haben. Rundum ein gelungener Urlaub. Abdo ist ein sehr zuvorkommender und freundlicher Gastgeber der sich um alle Belange umgehend gekümmert hat. Danke 😊

Carol‘s apartment is amazing. We felt at home quickly. The view is beautyful. It was very quite in the whole hotel and we loved it. One can horse ride very close in the samara horse stables behind the next building - really recommended; wonderful horses for every experience, cats and dogs and wonderful people. You can gallop and swim with the horses in ghe tourquise see. One can book cheap and nice tours for snornkling, swimming with dolophins and visiting luxor via getyourguide and they pick you up at the hotel. Thank you Carol for being so caring. We will for sure come back.

Nice and clean apartment, equipped with everything we needed. The apartment complex is also nice with 2 swimming pools, 24/7 security and lots of cute cats. It’s quite distant from the central areas of the city where all the activities are happening. Not many restaurants and shops nearby, only some sub par corner shops which are ok for basic stuff like cigarettes or water but for anything else you have to drive or take Uber.

The villa is very large and spacious, would be ideal for groups of friends/ couples as all bedrooms rooms are a decent size had their own bathrooms. The pool was lovely and the back yard feels nice and private, just note that there is a pool guy that comes every day and sometimes is still around up till lunch time! The kitchen is a little run down but still usable, the sitting area is nice and has a large smart TV with access to all the normal services you may need Its a fair walk from the downtown area (20-30 mins) and then even more so to the harbour but thankfully the Tuk Tuks are easy to get and are a set rate of 50egp wherever you go which is handy.

Our stay at this house was wonderful! The place was not only nice and clean but also very welcoming. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the hospitality of the housekeeper, who went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.
