Our family really enjoyed our stay at Pedro’s cottage. The location was perfect on the shores of Lake Huron between Goderich and Kincardine. The 3 bedroom cottage was a perfect fit for our family and a well appointed kitchen with every kitchen tool thoughtfully included to prepare meals. We felt at home immediately and ready to rest and relax and enjoy time on the many decks, the beach and swimming. The deck off the living room was a perfect spot to eat breakfast and the glass sided lower deck offers expansive views of beautiful Lake Huron. It was hard to leave after 7 days but the best places often are. Thank you Pedro for the thoughtful welcome gift. It was very much appreciated.

Excellent Air BNB and excellent communication from the Air BNB hosts! We had people coming in from all over Ontario and every single one of them appreciated the clear instructions, wide range of amenities and retreat to nature! Thank you for letting us enjoy your home it truly was a great stay!

The cottage was perfectly quaint and so cozy! Exactly what we were looking for - a place to relax, read, and walk along the beach. We stayed 3 nights in early November, so we cozied up inside mostly, but I could see spending more time down on the beach during summer. The uninterrupted view of the horizon is incredible! (FYI, there are ~100 stairs down to the beach, but it's worth it) Bayfield and Goderich are very close, both delightful towns to spend an afternoon walking around in, visiting the local shops. I would not hesitate to come back again, we felt we very rejuvenated after our long weekend here.

From beginning to end it was perfect. The cottage reminded me of the one I grew up in. Neighbours were pleasant and kept to themselves. Property was gorgeous and the outside shower truly is a pleasant surprise. Kitchen was well stocked with items you’d have at home and a bonus fridge outside to keep your beverages cold! Katie was very quick to respond to my inquires about the bbq. We ran out of propane but there was a full tank ready for us. I hope to come back and share this gem with more family and friends.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about our stay. The location is perfect and the beach was beautiful. The host was so kind and recommended great things to do in the area and we accomplished them all. The place was super clean and we loved the vibe. This vacation was exactly what we needed and it exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed beach fires every night infront of the sunset which was so beautiful. Thank you for everything:) We are definitely booking next year. We made fantastic memories during our stay!!!

It was a last minute decision to book a weekend away, and the hosts made everything super easy! They responded quickly to questions and the place offered all the comforts of home (with no chores to do!). A beautiful, clean place for a relaxing weekend. I will definitely book here again! Thank you!

We spent our family reunion here at Zac’s place for the Easter long weekend and had an amazing time. Our stay was better than expected with everything you can think of. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub, bonfire, theatre room downstairs and the kids loved having the entire upstairs to themselves. The Alexa speaker all around the house was an added bonus. We cannot thank Zac & his family enough for the accommodation. We would love to come back & create more memories with our family in the near future.

This is a very special cottage in a beautiful location. We very much enjoyed the private beach and sauna. The kayak, waterboard and canoe were a great hit with the kids. Having the lawn and the shallow steps to the beach was particularly great for keeping an eye on the kids and easy access to the water for grandma. We didn't need them as we were outside most of the time, but there are games and Lego available for kids which I thought was a lovely touch. We would definitely like to come back! Fyi: One thing we missed with this listing is that there are no bedside lamps in any of the rooms which made reading very tricky as the overhead light is very dim.

Mike & his team, have an Excellent Location in à clean quiet neighborhood, Our stay at this location was wonderful. Everything in Grand bend is only à hop skip & à jump away.

We were a group of 10 including grandparents and teenagers. We especially appreciated the beautifully finished basement for the teens to hang out in. The upstairs area was really nice also, and one could enjoy a cup of coffee in the living room, on the deck, or the beautiful grassy lawn with view of the lake. We also enjoyed the privacy and the quiet. Listening to the waves and the birds chirping in the morning was a joy! The lakefront is very private we hardly saw anyone, and the steps down were the perfect workout! The grandparents enjoyed simply walking down the road and enjoying the cottages and scenic views of the cornfields. Everyone was wishing that we had booked two weeks instead of one! The cottage is perfectly located between Goderich and Kincardine for shopping, restaurants and more beaches. If you are looking for a quiet get-a-way this is the perfect place!

We stayed for a week looking for peace and relaxation and that is exactly what we got at Curtis' place! From the moment we walked in until the time we left we loved every minute. Everything was as good or better than the photos showed. The kitchen is well-appointed with everything needs to meal delicious meals. The bathrooms were squeaky clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Wi-fi worked well and we were able to stream services like Netflix, Crave, Prime, etc. We were the last cottage at the end of the road so it felt very private. We stayed in winter so the lake wasn't accessible but looks like it would be fun in summer! Curtis was an amazing host. He checked in with us throughout our stay to ensure everything was alright. We are already looking at booking another stay.

We had a great long weekend. Comfy beds, beautiful view of the lake and well equipped cottage. Charlene was a pleasure to deal with and quick to respond.

This spot was a wonderful example of Ontario's West Coast!! The cottage was spotless, private, cozy, well equipped with everything we needed, and steps to a wonderfully located deck for morning to evening viewing of Lake Huron's ever changing vistas!! Barb was helpful and delightful to meet. We had a wonderful retreat!!!!

Paradise found with this Lake Huron retreat. Lorraine is a superb host. Upstairs master bedroom with en-suite bath and closet is spacious and can easily sleep a family of 5. Sunsets are incredible over the water. So much space to relax and unwind inside and out. Games room in garage was a great bonus for kids and adults to enjoy. Would highly recommend property and host!!

Excellent stay for beautiful sunsets and stargazing. The place felt very private, calm, and peaceful. The sunset views are the best part during our stay. Plenty of activities to do and it's close to Bayfield for quick errands. Our host, Jacob, is very responsive and communicative. Will definitely recommend.

Great location.

We had the most wonderful visit at Dewey's cottage. When we entered the house, we were greeted with the fresh smell of a clean house! There were 2 bedrooms on the main floor, and two in the basement. We were two families, so this set up was perfect, as it allowed each family to have some privacy. The pool, big yard and trampoline were all a hit with our kids. The kitchen was stocked with lots of cutlery, plates, cooking items and basic condiments. The beach was within walking distance - and the view of the lake could be seen from the house which was breathtaking. We absolutely loved our stay. Highly recommend!

It was a delightful experience from start to finish. The cottage offered great lake views on the water’s edge, especially during sunrise and sunset. The outdoor space was the highlight of our stay. There was also a fire pit, which made for cozy evenings under the stars. The property had direct access to the water, allowing for easy swimming and kayaking. The owners provided kayaks and life jackets, which was a nice touch and added to the overall experience.

This Place is everything advertised and more. The pictures do not do it justice. The kitchen is gorgeous and stocked with eveything you need to make a wondeful meal. The bed is sooooo comfy. Communication is excellent and the welcome basket was a wonderful surprise. The patio is a nice outdoor space with beautiful lights at night. At night its nice to have a lighted pathway to your private entrance. Everything is prestine and it has that new smell. The location is surperb . Its is a 5 minute walk to grand bend beach , mini putt , shops and resturants. This location is also 8 minute drive to an old school drive in and 5 min drive to huron playhouse where you can see wonderful musical's and theatrical plays . I highly recomend this place if you want a home away from home .

We are a family of four that just completed a 5 day stay for the week of NYE and had the absolute best time here. This places is a dream come true, it is gorgeous, spacious and feels like a luxury getaway. Even in the winter with not much to do outdoors there was more than enough to keep us and our 2 small kids (ages 6 and 7) busy all day long. The games room is amazing and kept our kids busy and the old school arcade games were so much fun! The sauna/swim spa was amazing for both us adults to relax in and kids to play in. The house it self was stunning with a fully loaded kitchen that we cooked in 3x a day. The home stunning and even with most days being overcast the view still felt like we were at the ocean. The customer service and communication is top notch and there were so many generous little extras that made the stay feel like we were in a hotel. I cannot recommend this place enough and we are already looking at when we can book it again to go back.

This was a top notch property! Excellent location, beautiful lake-house, and great hosts made this vacation awesome. The house is right on the beach and meticulously maintained, clean, and has plenty of space for you and your guests. Derek was prompt with his replies and helpful every step of the way. Can't wait to come back!
