This cute cottage for 6 is located just down the street from beautiful Lake Como that offers fishing, boating, and water sports. It is also just a short drive to Lake Geneva and all that it has to offer with its beautiful lake, shopping, historic buildings, and delicious restaurants. Along with the house you get access to the HOA covered private beaches and playgrounds nearby. There is also a bar and grill down the street with live music. Bring your family or your friends and welcome to my home.

Kitchen is fully equipped, including blender, Keurig, espresso maker, and more. GREAT LOCATION!! A short few minute walk to Riviera Beach-The heart of downtown Lake Geneva. Enjoy Great Beaches, wineries, restaurants, Golf resorts, zip lining, shopping and Amazing Attractions. Breath taking walking trails, boating in the summer. Ice castles, skiing and award winning Ice sculptures in the winter. Big foot Beach, Williams Bay and Fontana Beach are a short drive away (15mins) if that. My Cozy retreat is a short walk to Studio Winery where you could enjoy live music and wine.

The lake is approximately 9 feet at it's deepest, so it's a perfect lake for boating, tubing, waterskiing, swimming, fishing and more! Centrally located just 3 miles west of downtown Lake Geneva and also steps away from the famous Mars Resort Bar & Restaurant with a piano bar and outdoor seating on the lake.

Stunning cottage boasts original stained glass with gorgeous renovated kitchen including granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Fully stocked kitchen with plates, utensils, pots, pans and mixing bowls. Cabinets and drawers clearly labeled. Child plates, bowls, cups and kid utensils. Many games, toys, puzzles and books for kids too! Patio table outside.
