You will be minutes from South Cape Beach, New Seabury and the Mashpee Commons. Relax on the large front porch that offers a fire pit and views of the water on either side. Our 3 room cottage in the Old Village is within steps of Lighthouse beach and a 15 minute stroll to town along charming streets. Its location in an ample yard insures comfort and privacy for your stay. The kitchen is equipped for stay-at-home dining. The owners live in a separate house on the property and are ready to provide you with knowledge of Chatham’s history and assist you in your explorations of the town or Cape Cod. The owner welcomes your visit to his art studio on the property.

Upper Cape Cozy Cottage

Simple but cozy cottage on an acre property next to the main house. Moderate sized bedroom and living room. Small kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Air conditioning is a portable unit and only in the bedroom. Games, books, and puzzles provided. There is no cable but a smart TV is included with access to Netflix etc. if you have an account. Outdoor area includes charcoal grill and seating . Large back yard with yard games, basketball hoop and fire pit.

This charming 2 bedroom is less than a mile to Sea Street (Keyes) Beach on Nantucket Sound. Two blocks to Main Street with restaurants, shops and art galleries. The area is very walkable. The home has central air, internet, flat screen TV, linens, towels, and beach chairs. The kitchen is stocked but has no dishwasher or washer/dryer. A parking pass for Barnstable beaches included. Backyard has a patio, privacy fencing, furniture, professional landscaping and a BBQ.

Come stay at the Beach Glass Cottage! A pristine pond front, completely renovated and tastefully decorated, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage in the heart of Hyannis. Truly the perfect get-a-way for family and friends. The Beach Glass Cottage is tucked away from the action, but within walking distance to Main Street Hyannis, which features eclectic shops, restaurants, bars, ice cream with mini golf and the Cape Cod Melody Tent is a short walk from the cottage as well.

Our cottage (Graham Cracker House) sits steps from crystal clear White Pond. The cottage offers private access to the pond for swimming, fishing and boating. The large outdoor space is great for dining and relaxing by the pond. It is 1.5 miles to the Cape Cod rail trail (bike trail), close to many dining options and 3 miles to some of the best beaches Cape Cod has to offer. There is another cottage on the property for rent that sleep 4 guests. No sharks here!
