The place is located in a beautiful neighborhood of Kingstown, VA, minutes from the train station with convenient access to Washington, DC.

Feel free to come and go as you like. You will enjoy complete privacy, safety, and peace. The apt is a bit small but you'll have everything you need. This unit has a full bath, heating/AC, kitchenette, a pull down, queen sized bed, wifi, washer/dryer, refrigerator, outside patio with BBQ Grill and side burner, iron/ironing board, blow dryer, toiletries and it comes equipped with everything you'll need to be comfortable. A private suite ready to welcome a last-minute reservation, and the lock combination number is sent to you automatically. If you need to check in early or check out late, the host will try to accommodate you when possible. A $70 extra fee applies for a guest who wants to use the second bedroom. It is currently not used and remains locked. The host will always knock or text before entering the living room on the first floor
