There is a private neighborhood boat ramp available right out front and the home does have a backup generator, large front and back porches, large living area with plenty of seating and a large laundry room great for storing any extras!

Come enjoy this cozy home on the back waters of the Pamlico Sound. This classic cottage built in 1848 is full of character and comfort. Nestled on an acre of land, this private home provides the perfect setting to relax and escape. Fish off the dock, walk through the back yard in the high grass and cast your line or drop a crab pot. Listen to the birds from the screened back porch. Use the canoe to get yourself to the mouth of the sound in no time. Lastly, the sunsets are amazing!

Large covered back deck provides a tranquil escape and endless water views. Whether you are an advent bird watcher, or drawn to be on the water there is an activity for all. The large spacious interior comfortably sleeps a group of 2 or as many as 10. Outdoor dining with gas grill and roomy decks. Reconnect with nature and disconnect from the world for a while.

Built in the 50's, located in a quiet neighborhood next to Springer's Nature Preserve, we kept the homey cozy granny decor. There is a generous screened porch for entertaining and dining. The large yard is surrounded by woods and provides direct access to the Springer's Point trail. The trail is a lovely path to the waterfront on the sound-side of the island, and home to impressive live oak trees, a historic graveyard, and the site of Blackbeard the Pirate's final battle!

Swan Quarter is waiting for you at this 3-bedroom house. Inside, you'll find a soothing atmosphere with 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, and 2 twin beds to ensure a tranquil night's sleep. Enjoy the pleasant living space with amenities like WiFi, a washing machine, dryer, AC, and heating. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer for your convenience. The upper level has the great room with soaring ceilings, large living space with cozy furniture, half bathroom, card/game table, bonus room could be used as fourth bedroom with sofa-bed.
