Cute house perfect for our needs. The backyard was perfect for our pup. The beds were super comfortable. The location was close to everything we needed. Nice peaceful vacay house.

Mark was absolutely amazing! From the very beginning to the very end, the communication was rapid and easy. The home was absolutely perfect and will definitely use this place again in the future if it’s available! Also, if you are considering using the whirlpool, it’s definitely worth it! And YES! The shower is as good as it looks! Grab this place if it’s available! The neighborhood is safe, the house is updated, and it’s very conveniently located near the grocery stores 🙌

The house was festive. There is a lot of shade around the house. There are plants on the porch and outdoors that are well tended to. The house was in a nice neighborhood, so we walked a bit. There is a park with a beach not far away. We felt secure inside and out. The back yard was secure for our dog to run about a bit. All the amenities are as listed.

I am a local and needed somewhere to stay for a couple days. Marissa's house was perfect. My son loved the game room out back. I would definetly stay again.

This was the perfect location for us. We wanted to be close to Yankees spring training and we were about 10 minutes from the stadium. Lots of stores and restaurants near by. Nice quiet neighborhood. Furnishings are very comfortable and beds were great. Rosangela was very responsive. We had a problem with the washing machine and she took care of it right away, working around our schedule. Highly recommend her place.

The place was exactly what I expected & worked great for 4 people and what we needed during our stay. Check in was easy. Herlys was responsive when needed and very friendly!

Aaron and Stephanie were very good at communicating with us! The house was an older home with a lot of charm but in good shape. All amenities and features were just as described. Would definitely stay here again!

The most unique air bnb stay we have experienced. We loved the outdoor setting and how colorful it was. Very fun for our bachelorette group to celebrate. The hosts were very communicative and attentive to our questions/needs. What some people do not understand about some air bnbs is that not everything is going to be perfect and that is perfect enough for us :) So for the few negative reviews on here.. seems like people are just complaining so they can try to get money back for no reason. If you don’t want to spend the money, go find a dirty cabin to stay in for cheap 👍🏻 ☺️. This was such an adventurous spot and we loved it. Especially after learning the history of the area, it made it even cooler. Thank you to our hosts!!! -Rachel

We had a great time at Matthew and Melissa’s place. It really was the prefect spot for a getaway with our kids. The neighborhood is beautiful and in a convenient spot to explore the rest of Tampa and the surrounding area. It was amazing having such a nice park and playground literally a stone’s throw from the house. And the house itself was classy, comfortable, clean, and our kids never wanted to leave the pool and patio area… a pool to swim in, a nice shady table for snacks, AND a TV for the occasional Bluey. What more could a kid ask for? And Matthew made it so easy for us: great communication and incredibly helpful. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

A few things really stood out to us in the best way possible! The host went above and beyond with thoughtful touches we didn’t expect—like complimentary drinks, a fully stocked bar with the essentials, and even mini cupcakes! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which made our stay even more relaxing. The binder of recommendations was super helpful—it included great local spots to eat, nearby attractions, and things to do in Clearwater, Tampa, and St. Pete. We also appreciated the clear instructions on how to use the pool and hot tub heating system. Overall, it was a fantastic stay! P.s. you might find a hidden secret treasure too! I did 🏴‍☠️

I've never rented anywhere that I was given everything, therefore I brought toilet paper,tissue shower items and much more,so I left much of my items to replace hers. I washed all towels but again I didn't have to. it certainly was wonderful to go into a home and really to enjoy a world of comfort, especially the pool , grill and tiki setting, and guess what my little furry friends 10 pounds each loved it too..

Love staying at Anna’s place! Perfect location! Definitely recommend this place and will be coming again!

We LOVED Mimi’s place in Hyde park. Best location ever. Walkable to Hyde park village (less than 5 min walk down a safe street). The beds were comfy, kitchen and bathroom were clean, plenty of towels and supplies. My kids especially loved the “welcoming committee” (her sweet dog)! Mimi was super responsive when I had a question and also gave us some good local recommendations. It was a quiet and super safe neighborhood. We loved being able to use the beach chairs and the kids enjoyed the beach toys during our quick day trip to Pass-A-Grille! Also very close to the convention center- we were there for my daughter’s cheer competition and it was so nice being just down the road. Will absolutely stay again!

The place is definitely a vibe. Comfortable, clean, and looks great. kitchen has everything you need. We felt right at home. The area is an up and coming mixed of industrial and residential. Although, it was a really quiet and chilled area. Personally, didn’t see much to do within walking distance ( only reason why I’m not giving it a 5 star) But overall a nice place to come home to relax. I will definitely consider it as an option for future trips. Thanks Victoria.

A nice, bright, clean, private space. My daughter and I needed a place to stay while she moved from one location to another, and this place was a welcome haven away from all of the moving (and cleaning!) drama. Thank you!!
