Berenike was lovely! She was very quick in replying to all of our messages and she even gave us a refund when there was a power cut on the island (even though it was due to an accident in the area and it affected all houses on the island and even though her daughter was at the hospital at the same time). The house is ideal for a family that wants to spend lots of days on a beautiful island. It is very cheap for a 4-person accomodation, it offers all the essentials, it is in the forest (so it's cool all day), it is air-conditioned and clean.

Charming apartment making up the ground floor of Petros's place. The garden is stunning, with views across the town to the sea. Olive and citrus trees give dappled shade and there is an awning for when more shade is needed. Petros lives upstairs so is on hand and is extremely helpful. He not only picked us up at the port and gave us a lift back but also offered to take us to the supermarket and even to the Temple of Aphaia when he was going. The apartment is a 5-10 minute walk uphill from Marathonas A beach. A few minutes more brings you to the stretch of restaurants between the two beaches and a few minutes more the lovely Marathonas B beach. The walk has beautiful views across the bay to Moni and Perdika with the Peloponnese in the background. There is a well stocked supermarket near the A beach. There are buses to Aegina town and Perdika but only 2-3 per day. We walked to Aegina in about an hour and got a cab back for 8 euros. A fabulous, peaceful stay with a very helpful host.

We had a fantastik week in Konstantinos beutiful room. A cute balcony with a view over both the port and the hole town of Hydra. We made our own breakfast in the cute little kitchen. Konstantinos is a nice and kind host , so we give him the warmest recomendations! Best Ann and Lars from Sweden

Greeted with a glass of water and home made lemon drink. My room was perfect. Clean and all amenities if needed to cook. Court yard was a nice place to relax in the morning or evennings before heading out. Martha was kind enough to direct me to great beaches and places to eat. Martha was a perfect host

I visited Hydra for Easter and we had the pleasure to stay at the Airbnb ofMrs Fotini and Mr Konstantinos. I could not recommend this Airbnb enough! Mr Konstantinos welcomed us at the port and took us to the Airbnb not very far from the port. There were some stairs to go up but nothing difficult. The hosts explained to us all the amenities of the place and recommended places to go and restaurants to explore. They had some gifts for us ( an Easter bread , some olive oil bottles from their production, and bananas ). The Airbnb was exceptional, it had a very big room with high ceiling where there is a twin bed and a small salon, on your left there was a big kitchen with a table in the middle and a couch on the side . The kitchen was fully equipped , coffee machine with capsules, sugar and so on… A very nice bathroom ( with towels and shampoo , cotton ect..) and a small bedroom for one person . I would rate the Airbnb and the hospitality of Mrs Fotini and Mr Konstantinos 10/10

Υπέροχο διαμέρισμα! Ένας εκπληκτικός χώρος που μας έκανε να νιώσουμε ότι βρισκόμασταν σε πολυτελές ξενοδοχείο! Τα πάντα έχουν τοποθετηθεί με πολύ μεγάλη προσοχή στο χώρο δημιουργώντας μία αρμονία και λειτουργικότητα ταυτόχρονα. Ενθουσιαστήκαμε με το μπάνιο και τον γυάλινο τοίχο που θολώνει! Ο οικιακός εξοπλισμός του, κάλυψε όλες τις ανάγκες μας. Εξαιρετικό στρώμα & πολύ αναπαυτικός καναπές. Η καθαριότητα ήταν πολύ καλή. Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική, πολύ κοντά στο Παλιό Λιμάνι και σε όλα τα εστιατόρια / μπαρ. Ο οικοδεσπότης μας ήταν πάντα διαθέσιμος και πρόθυμος. Ανυπομονούμε να το επισκεφθούμε ξανά.

Άψογοι οικοδεσπότες και εποκοινωνιακοί. Εδειξαν ενδιαφέρον τόσο για την άφιξη μας στο νησί και την πρόσβαση μας στο κατάλυμα, όσο και για την διαμονή μας. Μας εκαναν να νιώσουμε σαν να ήμαστε δικοί τους άνθρωποι, πρόθυμοι να μας εξυπηρετησουν από την πρώτη στιγμή που επικοινωνησαμε μέχρι και την αναχώρηση μας απο το νησί. Η Βένη και ο κύριος Νεκτάριος μας αφησαν τις καλύτερες εντυπώσεις. Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ και σας ευχόμαστε τα καλύτερα! Εννοείται πως αφήνουμε ανοιχτό το ενδεχόμενο να σας επισκεφθούμε πάλι.

We love this place and keep coming back. Great showers and comfy large beds set in airy and light rooms of character, tastefully modernised. A peaceful location in Kamini, a short walk from the port, and a lovely spacious terrace to enjoy mornings and evenings makes for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Die Unterkunft bei Mary war einfach großartig – genauso wie auf den Bildern! Besonders begeistert waren wir von der riesigen Dachterrasse und der perfekten Ausstattung – es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit Mary war schnell, freundlich und völlig unkompliziert. Ein kleiner Hinweis für zukünftige Gäste: Der Zugang zum Schlafzimmer erfolgt über eine recht steile Leiter – das sollte man vor der Buchung wissen, ist für fitte Gäste aber kein Problem. Die Wohnung – eigentlich ein ganzes kleines Haus – liegt wunderbar ruhig und man genießt viel Privatsphäre. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gern wieder!

Alkiviadis place in Agios Aimilianos is a hidden gem in the area. The house is easy to find in a quiet neighborhood and a strategic location for nearby beaches, restaurants, attractions etc. The description and photos are accurate, it is very comfortable and well equipped. Our stay with 2 small children was home-like and easy going. We would certainly visit again in the future.

Christos’s place was perfect for us. A spacious apartment with full amenities. Very cosy and beautiful. Comfortable bed in big bedroom. Right on the port, no need to hike up the hill. 1-2 minute walk from most restaurants, supermarkets and cafes. The host was very responsive, helpful, kind and generous. Our ferry out from Hydra was rescheduled and they let us checkout later with no problem. The view from the apartment is even better than the photos. The people of Hydra are very welcoming. There are beautiful places to walk around the island with breathtaking views. We couldn’t have hoped for a better place to stay for our vacation. Will definitely be back.

Wat kan ik meer zeggen? We waren er vorig jaar, we wilden absoluut terug komen en zullen er zeker volgend jaar opnieuw boeken. Mocht het kunnen blijven we er! Bedankt aan Helena, je bent een fantastische (gast)vrouw, met een oprechte glimlach en een goed gevoel voor humor. Het is niet zomaar een slogan dat je er 24/7 bent voor de gasten, je doet het gewoon! Bedankt voor alles en tot volgend jaar.

Nice apartment in a great location. The balcony with views over the sea is a great spot and the apartment is very close to everything you need.

Aristea's apartment was great. It is walking distance from Aski beach, has nearby bakery and supermarket for supplies and morning coffee. We worked from the flat for couple of days and it worked just fine - two of us in the flat, could not hear a thing. The bathroom could do with a refurbishment, but having said that it is more in terms of the feeling of the space, rather than its useability. Finally there is off street parking, but it is not the best and not in front of the house. I preferred to park by the beach to ensure the car was saved from any damages in narrow street parking

Beautiful place with an amazing garden. The room was full of thoughtful touches, and I slept incredibly well in the bed. I would definitely stay there again! Andreas himself was very responsive and welcoming, which was great!

Jemand rief meinen Namen als ich auf dem Weg zur Unterkunft war. Andreas stand vor dem Haus und wartete auf mich! Ein herrliches Anwesen mit Innenhof mitten in der Altstadt. Eine gute Einführung von Andreas mit Infos zur Insel und Familiengeschichte. Im Innenhof umweht einen der Duft der Bäume mit ihren Früchten. Sofas zum gemütlichen Lesen oder Frühstücken. Ein kleines aber feines Appartement mit Pantryküche. Der Kühlschrank schon bestückt für ein erstes Frühstück. Sehr aufmerksam. Komme gerne wieder! Vielen Dank!

We absolutely loved staying at Andrea’s’ place. The house and gardens were immaculately kept and so peaceful. The room was as beautiful, and stocked with everything you need including nice touches such as snacks, coffee, milk, juice and water - all replenished daily along with room cleaning. The bathroom was spotless with lovely toiletries. Andreas was such an attentive and friendly host - he had lots of great recommendations and really made us feel at home. We had such a great stay here and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

De retour "chez Rafalias" mais cette fois-ci dans le petit studio meublé à l'ancienne avec son coin terrasse très ensoleillé qui surplombe le jardin. L'unique ouverture, la porte-fenêtre, permet de garder la fraîcheur par de chaudes journées. Pour ceux qui préfèrent la fenêtre ouverte la nuit et plus de luminosité, préférer les autres studios. Toujours autant de charme avec son jardin planté d'orangers et autres essences. Etape de charme à Hydra et accueil parfait.

Andreas's home is one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed at, the pictures don't do it justice. A peaceful oasis in the middle of town, walking distance to everything. Andreas is very welcoming and made us feel at home right away, going out of his way to greet us, show us around and give us recommendations to local restaurants and sights. We are hoping to one day come back and stay for longer, we loved it so much! thank you Andreas for your hospitality :)

Wonderful touches. We had plenty of water, snacks and juice. It felt very private and we were lucky to have stayed here in this home with so much family history
