The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

CASUEÑA es una Bonita villa con piscina privada con cloración salina y climatizada todo el año, barbacoa de leña, grandes arboles, una cocina de seis fuegos y horno de 90 cm. Our refurbished stone tiny house has loads of character, it's located next to the famous castel of Guadalest & the moutain views from the plot are breathtaking. Access is very easy next to the road cv-70, and you can fully disconnect in nature, discover this authentic region, do walks, kayak at the lake, cycle, eat at many local restaurants etc. We have a huge wood pergola, water from citern, solar electricity with 5kw batery, 2 showers.
