Vakantiewoningen aan het strand in Ibiza

Gezellig klein appartementje .... meer heb je niet nodig ....alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig ... dichtbij een prachtig strand met enkele lekkere restaurant en een kleine supermarkt om je kleine boodschappen te doen ... Ik raad dit appartement zeker aan als je naar Ibiza komt.

Nuestra estancia en la villa fue absolutamente increíble. La casa es incluso más hermosa de lo que muestran las fotos, con un diseño impecable y todas las comodidades necesarias para disfrutar de unas vacaciones perfectas en Ibiza. Las vistas son espectaculares, especialmente al atardecer, y la piscina es el lugar ideal para relajarse y disfrutar del entorno. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de las mejores playas y lugares de interés, pero lo suficientemente aislada para garantizar tranquilidad y privacidad. Mercedes fue excepcional, siempre disponible para responder a nuestras preguntas. Todo estaba perfectamente limpio y bien cuidado, haciendo que nos sintiéramos como en casa desde el primer momento. Sin duda, recomendaría esta villa a cualquiera que busque una experiencia inolvidable en Ibiza. ¡Espero volver pronto!

Das Haus ist der absolute Wahnsinn! Jeden Morgen mit diesem tollen Blick auf Ibiza Stadt und das Meer aufzuwachen ist wirklich traumhaft! :-) In Echt ist es noch tausend Mal schöner! Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und einfach wie zuhause. Es ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt benötigt. Wir waren zu 8. in der Villa, die so groß ist, dass sie für jeden Einzelnen einen Rückzugsort bietet. Wir wären am liebsten gar nicht abgereist und werden definitiv alle wiederkommen! Die Kommunikation mit Oliver und der Check-in und -out mit Heike waren einwandfrei, super flexibel und einfach easy going. Vielen lieben Dank & bis zum nächsten Mal! :-)

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad met 8 personen. Er zijn 3 ruime slaapkamers en een apart appartement beneden met nog 2 slaapkamers met aparte badkamer en een keuken.

We had a great stay. Marco was really helpful with checking us in and giving useful advice on getting around the island. He was also really helpful in putting us in touch with arranging a car hire at short notice. The beach and local restaurants and shops are a 10 minute walk away which was a great bonus. All in all, highly recommended!!

Logement très sympa et bien agencé dans un quartier paisible et tranquille. Vue sur mer avec beaux couchers de soleil depuis la terrasse du haut. Roland est un hôte très prévenant et il a été vigilant à ce que tout se passe bien tout au long de notre séjour. Lit bébé et chaise haute mis à disposition : un vrai plus pour nous. Hormis l’humidité dû à la location et à la saison, nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement!

Es waren sehr schöne Tage für meine Familie in der Villa, paradiesisch schön. Man konnte Frühstück am Pool genießen, 3 min zu Fuß Strand, sehr schöne Ecke zum Wandern entlang der Küste. Falls jemand absolute Ruhe braucht - wichtig zu wissen- es gibt Tennisplatz im der nähe, ums hat es gar nicht gestört. Das Haus war super süß eingerichtet, mit tollen Bildern und Bücher. Küche perfekt zum Kochen, Waschmaschine vorhanden. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Jeder Zeit gerne! danke für die schöne Zeit!

We had a great stay at Lorenzo’s place. Conveniently located, not far from shops and the beach. Great view from the terrace and the pool is really good too. Cala Llonga is a relatively quiet part of the island but only a short taxi ride away from the old town and the main sights. Lorenzo was a great host too with clear instructions and prompt responses. Would highly recommend!

Good apartment to stay in playa den bossa, really nice looking and good terrace

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Klod. the villa is even more beautiful than in pictures, fully equipped, with a lot of outdoors lounge space to enjoy the weather of Ibiza and relax with your friends. The area is peaceful and quiet, wonderful to relax after the nightlife rush of the island, would be perfect for non-party crowd as well. We particularly liked the privacy of bedrooms being split around the property and the number of bathrooms. So many coffee machines too! Klodiana was a wonderful host, flexible, friendly and lovely to chat with, proactive and a problem solver. The little welcome gift was a sweet gesture and made our day. The villa is clearly a place that has been created with a lot of love, attention to detail and character. We had an incredible stay and if we ever come back to Ibiza, we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. Special shout-out to Villa's resident kitty, Ice, who became our friend and companion for the stay. We miss her already! Thank you, Klodiana.

Ruim opgezet en schoon appartement met alle benodigde voorzieningen aanwezig. Het strand is eenvoudig en snel bereikbaar, ook met kleine kinderen. Een aanrader, we komen hier zeker nog een keer terug! Alessio is een vakman, hij staat altijd voor je klaar!

Antoon a été très réactif. L'appartement est dans une résidence calme et propre avec de nombreux restaurants et commerces à proximité et non loin d'Eivissa (20mn) La piscine n'est pas chauffée et le lit d'appoint est bof-bof par contre le grand lit est hyper agréable, la cuisinette est très bien équipée et la salle de bain parfaite. L'environnement est agréable pour se promener à pied. La plage est à 30mn. C'était très agréable pour nous 3. Nous avons aimé les ruelles d'Eivissa, Formentera, et les belles plages de l'île d'Ibiza malgré un temps mitigé pour ce moi d'Avril....

14 of us stayed for a week to celebrate 8 of us turning 50 this year. It was the perfect villa for us, with 8 double rooms plus a single. It’s a really big space with everything we needed. Karen recommended a chef called Odile who came to cook for us on one evening and was fantastic. Karen was really helpful with anything we asked for, even bringing us a lamp and steamer. For the price we paid it was well worth it & I would definitely like to go back again.

We had a wonderful week here the house is comfortable and the outside area is gorgeous and perfect for enjoying the good weather. The location is perfect as you can walk to the supermarket and lots of bars and restaurants. There is a bus stop 2 mins away on the main road which is a cheap and easy way to explore other parts of the island. The food is delicious and the people very friendly. The island itself is beautiful and far surpassed our expectations! Roger our contact couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Thanks for an amazing holiday x

We really enjoyed our stay there. Best of both worlds with having your own kitchen living space but many of the amenities of a hotel( gym, breakfast, cleaning). Very family friendly and the breakfast being served till 11am was so nice for lazy days. Easy 5 min walk to the beach. The only thing I would add specifically for the penthouses is that the terrace (which is very big and lovely) is not attached to the room and only semi private. This would be helpful to add to the description as especially anyone traveling with young children. I thought I could cook while they were up on the terrace or they could easily use the loo but you have to exit your room and walk to a different floor for the terrace.

Staying at La Residence was an absolute dream. We loved every second of our stay, from the moment we walked in and saw the view, to mornings by the pool and dinners together around the dining table(s). We wholly appreciated the decor and layout of this stunning villa. My wife is an interior designer and it’s genuinely hard to find places to stay that meet her standards. Each bedroom and bathroom is beautifully designed. There is ample storage in each room and the beds are super comfy. The villa was equipped with everything we needed. Stephane and Corrine are wonderful hosts, super helpful and even as we were leaving Corrine took time to give us plenty of recommendations for a trip back in July. Staying here was an unforgettable experience and we didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend.

A Dream Stay in Ibiza This seaside villa in Ibiza is a gem! With four beautifully designed bedrooms, it’s both luxurious and comfortable. The breathtaking sea view, unique location, and safe surroundings make it perfect. Plus, it’s just a short walk to bars, restaurants, and shops. An unforgettable retreat! We enjoy cooking and having lunch with the family in the Terrace over looking the sea. And doing yoga classes in the morning on the platforms!

Toller Aufenthalt. :) würde die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen!

Wat een fantastisch huis en adembenemend uitzicht! Het huis was precies zoals op de foto’s: ruim, fijne slaapkamers, volledig ingerichte keuken, mooie terrassen met goede zitjes en een groot zwembad. En vanuit alle kamers kan je genieten van het uitzicht. Communicatie met de host was plezierig en snel.

Sehr ruhige und private Atmosphäre keine direkte Nachbarn Strandnah und sehr viel Platz auf dem Grundstück Der Salzwasserpool sehr angenehm und freundlich zu Augen und Haut kein Stress wegen Handtücher auf den Sonnenliegen 😉 Für Selbstversorger ideal, Küche und Grill gut ausgestattet. Lali ist immer für einen da! Danke für alles wir kommen wieder !

Wonderful villa in an incredible location, away from it all but walking distance to beautiful beaches and lovely restaurants. The villa has everything our large group could need, and plenty for the kids to entertain themselves with (table tennis, foosball table, amazing pool).

We had a great time at Mark and Barry’s house. Location was amazing and the roof terrace with 360 degree views was beautiful. Great recommendations for restaurants and beaches - all the ones we tried were faultless. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at this beautiful house near Cala Molí in Ibiza was wonderful. We were greeted by Lolo and Lucia who were very friendly and gave us lots of tips about the area where the house is located. The property is located in one of the most beautiful areas of the island, near Cala Molí, Cala Vedella and Cala Tarida. The house is super cozy and has everything you might need for a perfect stay. A well equipped kitchen with all the small appliances you can imagine. The two main bedrooms a very comfortable, ech with its own ensuite bathrooms wioth showers. The third room, though smaller, has a bunk bed and its own bathroom as well. The terrace has an unique view and we loved to have breakfast there with the most wonderful view of the sea. We also took advantage if the barbecue and cooked some great meals. The upper terrace has an even better view of the ocean. The pool is a great addition and completely secluded. All in all, the house exceded our expectations. ¡Thank you!

The bungalows are in a great location. Very quiet, which suited us perfectly. You can easily duck out of the hustle and bustle here. The proximity to the beach is awesome too. An amazing place to stay and a great host.
