In May you can see newborn lambs in our small farm next house, on bright summer nights you can go for a short evening walk and see the beautiful sunset at the mouth of the fjord, and in the fall when it gets dark in the evenings the beautiful northern lights dance if nature allows. The nearby village offers almost anything you will need. Our family of 4 is looking forward to welcoming you on our farm. Breakfast will be available for a small extra fee.

Welcome to my Bed and Breakfast in great location near Skógar, the private family home (farm) is only 4 km from Skógafoss waterfall where I offer overnight accommodations and breakfast. For breakfast I am offering only for a normal diet food and it is a very simple continental buffet with home-made Angelica pesto, farm-to-table fresh milk from my cows; butter and cheese; musli, cereals; fruit and vegetables; coffee, tea.

We are in the heart of Skagafjörður, and Sauðárkrókur is just ten or twelve minutes away by car. All year round, lodging is accepted. The five rooms in the main house "Gulluhús" share a bathroom. Four of the rooms are on the upper floor, one on the ground floor, and the restrooms are located on the ground floor. The old farmhouse has been converted into five spacious bedrooms, each with its bathroom.
