This total Charmer was the original Idahome of the author, Wilson Rawls and is themed after his literary classic written here, "Where The Red Fern Grows." This cutie sits right in the heart of town on a beautiful tree lined street - convenient to downtown, hero arena, hospitals and shopping. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, and pans. This home has plenty of amenities for a short or long stay. Occasional footsteps may be heard from upstairs unit.

This cozy little home is located in Idaho Falls, close to shopping and entertainment, as well as both Idaho Falls Hospitals for traveling medical professionals. Extremely family friendly, with a playroom and a large fenced in back yard. Conveniently located for trips to Jackson Hole, Yellowstone, and Island Park. As well as close to ski resorts; Kelly Canyon, Jackson Hole, and Grand Targhee. Disclosure: Due to a medical condition I am unable to host any animals.

The bedroom has a King size that guest say is "very comfortable" & the living room has a fold out queen. This is a well lit & sunny ground floor unit (not a basement) with driveway parking just steps away. The side entrance is private with its own small patio & fenced sideyard. The entire place is handicap accessible. We allow 1 dog but … see below.

We have our famous little Borrow Barn with a wide variety of indoor and outdoor games, plus bicycles and pedal boats on The Pond— all complementary for all guests. We use only eco-sensitive products at our Inn— it’s too pretty and serene here to do otherwise.

The main tudor cottage style home was built in 1925 on a large corner lot and the property features mature, established gardens. While many guests come to us by-way of a jumping off point to places like nearby Yellowstone and Teton National Park, we want your stay with us to feel like a destination unto itself!
