Kihachikan South Nozawa Onsen

Kihachikan South is a luxurious and homely family chalet. It has three bedrooms; one double, one twin and one smaller single room. The light filled, open plan kitchen and living room features a locally made oak kitchen that includes a Miele oven and induction hob and Miele dishwasher. The kitchen is fully supplied with all the main amenities including; a rice cooker, toaster, microwave, coffee machine and full cooking utensils should they be required. The comfy sofa seating area focusses around a cast iron pellet stove and the latest Bang & Olufsen television and sound system including live feed from the ski hills and Netflix. The daily readings from the traditional barograph will keep you ahead of the weather apps …….. possibly! The bedrooms maintain a traditional feel with shoji windows, wooden beams and authentic wall coverings with the addition of discreet blinds, wooden flooring and western style beds. The bedroom wardrobes in Japanese oak were made to order in Nagano. The bathrooms include walk in showers with locally made hinoki shower benches. The upstairs bathroom with both slate and wooden flooring also contains a separate seating area and large bath tub. The upstairs bathroom enjoys great views over to Togari and Mount Myoko. Dyson hair dryers are supplied in the two main bedrooms. The artwork throughout the Kihachikan South is a mixture of original Japanese woodblock prints and an extensive collection of original 16th & 17th century antique maps of Asia. Kihachikan South has a Miele washing machine and separate Miele clothes dryer.The ski, board and boot room is downstairs and shared with Kihachikan North and contains snow shoes for guest use (when available).

Hōno kibana「ホオノキバナ」妙高戸隠連山国立公園付近にあり、日本の四季を楽しめます。 テラスからは朴の巨木に触れる程近く 極寒の冬には木花が見れるかも。 （木花＝長野の方言で樹氷） 施設は黒姫の森に佇む大きな1LDKの別荘です。 信濃町ICすぐ、5分程で野尻湖やスノーパーク、サウナやアクティビティなど一年中滞在を楽しめます 2泊以上をお勧め（割引あり） 夏は涼しく水も冷たいです。 ー10℃の寒い冬も床暖房で足元から暖かく心地よくお過ごし頂けます。 トイレ2つ、一階はフラットフロアとなっている為、お子様からお年寄りまで安全に利用頂けます。 黒姫ゲレンデまで5分、30分圏内にいくつものゲレンデがあり色々な地形を楽しめます。 BBQ件焚き火台の無料貸出しあります。 調味料や薪はあればご自由にお使い出来ます 天気の悪い日は室内でダーツやジェンガや卓球をしながらたこ焼きパーティをしたり、近隣の温泉やサウナもいいですね。 森の中です虫も動物も共存します。 雪に困る事もあるかもしれません。 日本猿やリスに遭遇してもビックリしない心構えで自然をお楽しみください。

The open plan area on the second floor, gives access to the entrance room area, the kitchen, dining & living area and bathroom downstairs. While upstairs leads to two separate traditional Japanese Style rooms. Easily accessible by car to 4 of the local ski resorts. A all wheel drive car is recommended to get the most out of your visit, parking is available.

Riders' House Hakuba is spacious, bright, in the middle of a large plot. The house stands in the woods with a stream flowing through the land. Parking for 4-6 cars. The house offers you a living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and the entire 1st floor (2 bedrooms), ski room, washing machine. Quiet accommodation in the center. Easy access to all interesting places. The ski bus and the evening life in Echoland is a 6-minute walk away.

Renovated to be open, modern and spacious our chalet is only 20 minutes drive from Nagano City, Togakushi and Iizuna ski resorts. It is less than 5 minutes walk to many cafes and restaurants and the new Nagano Forest Village. There, you can buy local produce, craft beers & wine, and walk around the beautiful area. We recommend driving to explore more around the highlands and snow tires (or chains) are a must have during winter.

Villa Nozawa - Japanese Style Accomodation

This room has delightful views of the valley and surrounding Japanese Alps and is a combination of bunks and super comfortable futons. It is a great option for families or couples. We are just 100M from the slopes and 50m from the closest natural hot water onsen. There are newly renovated share bathrooms for your convenience and the option to use any of the 13 public Onsens in town.
