The apartement is located in the pedestrian area of San Lorenzo in the artistic heart of Florence. San Lorenzo neighborhood is the liveliest place in Florence. It's famous for its beautiuful Basilica, the Cappelle Medicee and the Mercato Centrale. It's five minutes walk from the Central train Station of Santa Maria Novella and three minutes walk from the Duomo. It's also very close to the Uffizi, the Galleria of the Accademia, Ponte Vecchio and all the most famous shopping streets of Florence.

Benvenuti nel mio appartamento, nato in un palazzo storico e dagli arredi di design impreziositi con pezzi unici di artigiani fiorentini e del design made in Italy. Cosa lo rende unico? Il terrazzo panoramico a 360° ad uso esclusivo su cui potrete godere di colazioni ed aperitivi al tramonto, con vista su tutto il centro fiorentino! Sarete ad un passo da Santa Maria Novella, dalla Basilica di San Lorenzo e dalle Cappelle Medicee: a due, da tutte le meravigliose attrazioni cittadine. Vi aspetto!

Un luminoso e confortevole luogo dove godere appieno Firenze stando nel cuore di questa città.Vi troverete in una posizione centrale all’interno di un palazzo storico del 1350 a fianco del Duomo, la piazza principale della città.Un tempo si chiamava Palazzo Romagnoli, prima di proprietà dell'Arcivescovado fiorentino e successivamente della famiglia nobile dei Pucci.Prima della ristrutturazione nel 1901 era uno dei primi esempi di edifici dotato di finestre architravate nella storia italiana.

Rilassati in questo spazio tranquillo in posizione centrale. Appartamento di nuova ristrutturazione, arredato con gusto ed eleganza; situato al quarto piano con ascensore. Le finestre che si affacciano sui tetti fiorentini vi faranno apprezzare di più la vostra permanenza in una delle città più belle al mondo. Located near the Station, San Lorenzo market, the Uffizi, the Accademia Gallery , the Duomo and the Ponte Vecchio. The accommodation is suitable for both business travelers and for couples or families with children. The area offers several places to eat and have fun, for example, the upper floor of the Central Market or the famous restaurants Trattoria ZàZà and Trattoria Mario, and a small but well stocked supermarket just down the street where you can buy a little bit of everything.

The apartment, renovated in 2016, is on the first floor of a historical building in Central Market Square, in S. Lorenzo District,5 minutes walk from Duomo square and from the train station Santa Maria Novella. The apartment is composed of a living room/kitchen with double sofa bed, bedroom and bathroom with shower. The apartment is designed for 2 people but can accommodate a third or 2 children thanks to the large sofa bed (on request a baby cot).
