Private Cottage - Countryside Farm Stay

Situated at the edge of Baildon moor, boasting amazing views of the surrounding countryside, we are surrounded by fields and stunning views. The perfect place to relax! We are a short walk from Baildon village, where you’ll find pubs, shops, restaurants and takeaways, and Leeds city is just 15 mins on the train. We are located on our family farm with some animals on site, we have horses, dogs, cats and our two pet micro pigs Gavin & Stacey. So some farm noises are to be expected on a morning!

Ideal for walkers with the Dalesway walk nearby. Whist we have 1 bedroom we can provide either a super king size bed or 2 singles. Cottage comes with parking for a small car and small open outside space. One small well behaved dog is welcome. Strictly no candles, smoking or vaping policy.

This beautiful 2 bedroom stone-built cottage offers a comfortable stay in the charming World Heritage Site of Saltaire, which is full of history, character and stunning architecture. The village is named after Sir Titus Salt who built a textile mill, known as Salts Mill and this village on the River Aire back in the 1800s. There are many reasons why you should visit Saltaire from the spectacular architecture, to the independent shops and restaurants scattered around the village.

The mezzanine bedroom has a double bed with a double sofa bed also available. Ideal for couples with or without older children, friends passing through, or people wanting close access to Leeds/Bradford airport. The house is part of the utopian vision of Saltaire created by Sir Titus to create a community village to house and support the mill workers.
