Everything was very clean and comfortable! She was very generous, leaving water and ice for us. There was coffee and snacks that everyone appreciated. The house is beautiful and located on beautiful land. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and the back deck. Check in and check out waa a breeze. She checked in several times to see if things were going smoothly. She is a wonderful host and I highly reccomend her!

This was my first Airbnb rental, Teresa and Mark were great hosts! Their place is nice and private with lots of peaceful nature around. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. They both cook great breakfast and are genuinely nice people. If I'm in the area again looking for a place to stay, I will be checking with them first.

We LOVED this place so much!! It felt like the perfect balance of clean and cute, yet kind of a pleasant peek back in time being a refurbished cabin! Lots of charm and character. And the coffee cake was delicious and so welcoming. We’d love to stay here again if we ever are in Illinois and would recommend it to anyone. Very clean and well-kept!! This place was a breath of fresh air in our adventures. Thanks for being great hosts!!

Great stay! Beautiful grounds. It was quiet and you can get a great view of the stars from little light pollution.

Always an amazing place to stay when we come down to see our family! we love waking up and seeing the Bison and just the over all peacefulness of this home. Would 100% recommend every time!

I had the most beautiful stay, Curt was very responsive and welcoming! The farm was beautiful and he even recommended going to a snow cone place that he owns, which was delicious. I'm not an advide camper. I took my sister with me to get a weekend away from family. Julie was on top of all my concerns and questions. I may have been too annoying. so I'm sorry if I was. However, if she'll have me I'd love to bring my family back for next spring. perfect for light camping.

Very cozy cabin in secluded area. Grafton is a great little town to explore and had plenty of us to do for the weekend. It was fun to take the ferry over from St. Charles. We were able to cook a delicious home cooked meal one evening and had everything we needed and more. There is a nice little fire pit in the front but didn’t use due to rainy weather. The cabin is very close to the state park. We were able to ride our electric bikes on the bike trail which was one of our favorite parts. The bike trail has some beautiful sights. We drove to a spot near the bike trail and parked, there is a big hill driving up to the cabin that would be difficult on an e-bike. We ate at the Loading Dock for lunch (the fish tacos were delicious) and ate at Fountain Hill Steak and Seafood for dinner (the seafood linguine with shrimp and huge lumps of crab was excellent). The cabin is a short 10 min drive to town so we were able to go back and forth many times to eat, go shopping and enjoy the state park.

Kristi was wonderful from start to finish! Very responsive, easy to book, easy to find with no issues. Place was beautiful, would definitely stay again! Thanks again!

I was back in in the area for a college reunion weekend and stayed at the farmhouse. It was a very cozy spot with all the modern amenities you could want. There was plenty of room in the house for three of us. The surrounding area was peaceful and beautiful. I just wish we could have stayed there longer!

Easy on and off the highway. This is my second stay. This is a lovely, very homey unit. They even left me FRESH farm eggs. It's on a large piece of property and the deck offers amazing views of the cornfields. And the sunrise was beautiful. Very walk-able, safe location. Spic and span clean. Quiet.And these folks are just the nicest people....

It was cute, very well decorated and easy to find. The bed was comfortable. Walking distance to restaurant in T-town and a short drive to Effingham. Would definitely recommend and book again

Our stay here was exactly what we needed after a grueling tax season. It was very relaxing sitting on the porch, watching the "country cable." The home was clean and easy to find. The hosts were friendly, but not intrusive. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Downtown Utica is within walking distance and has plenty of restaurants to choose from. All in all, a lovely stay.

A gentleman was there as we arrived. He made sure we had everything we needed and told us to get a hold of them if everything was not available to us. Very friendly to deal with. The place was quiet in the country. Plenty of room for us and comfortable arrangements. Checking in and out was very easy and clear instructions.
