We are on the edge of Nth Warrnambool and only 3km to the CBD or 4km to the beach. there is free parking at the property and if you like to walk it's only 15 min or 2 min drive to bakery, bottleshop, supermarkets, Pizza, fish and chips, Thai and laundromat.

Set on five and a half acres only five minutes drive from the CBD and seven minutes drive from the Main Beach. Guests can wander the grassy laneways around our agistment paddocks or watch the incredible sunsets from your veranda. As a pet friendly property you can even bring your dog to enjoy a slice of the rural lifestyle. Just 5 minutes drive to the supermarket and 10 minutes to central Warrnambool we have the best of both worlds.

Duck-in

The space is a simple attic/loft, set in a large garden with great views of the wetland and the ocean. We are a few minutes walk from Killarney beach which is a very safe swimming spot and Port Fairy is 10 minutes down the road. There is heaps of birdlife and when you are in the loft it feels a bit like a tree house. It has a compact bathroom and basic kitchenette with sink, microwave, kettle and bar fridge but no stove. Access is via an external spiral staircase.

We do offer cheaper monthly rates Positioned in the centre of Warrnambool at the end of the Great Ocean Road. Only 5 min walk to the nearest pub and lighthouse theatre. Our house is walking distance to the beach, variety of playgrounds and beautiful walks at Lake Pertobe and of course the local Pubs. Enjoy you breakfast on the patio you can cook yourself or just walk across the street to the bakery for some fresh bread

Warrnambool District - The Studio at Heathbrae

The Studio at Heathbrae is situated 1.5 km from the charming Irish village of Koroit. Located halfway between Warrnambool and Port Fairy, surrounded by beautiful green countryside, walking distance to Tower Hill reserve and a short drive to the hidden gem of Killarney beach. The studio is a private apartment, semi attached to our home, Heathbrae, in peaceful gardens set on over 2 acres.
