저희 [쉼,]의 모든 객실은 동일한 건물에 있습니다. 서울의 중심부에 위치, 지하철역 도보 5분거리에 위치하여 어디로든 이동이 쉽고 주변에 먹거리, 구경거리가 많습니다. 그러나 숙소가 메인 대로에서 약간 들어와 있으므로 소음문제는 없으며 밤에는 치안문제로 걱정하지 않으셔도 됩니다. 숙소는 20년말 준공된 신축 숙소로 엘레베이터 2대가 운영중이며 각 공용부에 cctv가 작동되고 있습니다. 로비입구의 자동문 역시 일정 저녁시간이 되면 잠기므로 게스트분들에게 안내되는 비밀번호를 누르고 출입하시어 숙소에서도 안전하게 머무실 수 있습니다. 시스템 에어컨, 온돌난방 작동이 가능합니다.
