Xanthi und Christos sind tolle Gastgeber! Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war super und auch vor Ort waren sie immer erreichbar und hatten viele gute Ausflugstipps für uns. Die Wohnung war für uns drei perfekt. Sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit bei euch!

Beautifully renovated beach house. Amazing see view from the porch, with lounge area and dining table. Only olive trees and a minute on small pathway to reach the quiet beach. Great fishing spot. Very private house, you are woken up by birds in the morning and heard a fox in the night. Restaurants 5 minutes drive away, saw dolphins during lunch (!!!!!! :) ) Dimitrios made us feel very welcome and definitely understands hospitality, we had everything we needed and more at the house during our stay.

Makis war ein hilfsbereiten Gastgeber, war relativ schnell zu erreichen. Er gab uns Tipps für Unternehmungen und brachte uns sogar nachts eine Austauschglühbirne. Besonders der Garten ist ein Traum, das Häuschen hat den 70er Jahres Charme, was nicht jedem gefällt, uns aber schon. Wer modernen Luxus haben will, ist hier fehl am Patz. Die Photos entsprechen voll der Wirklichkeit. Die Betten waren gemütlich, für die doch kalten Abende sorgte eine Art Klimaanlage für die Wärme. In der Küche war alles zum Kochen vorhanden. Negativ waren die 9 Hunde des Nachbarn, die oft laut bellten und unserem Hund Angst machten und zu dieser Jahreszeit am Strand wenig los war. Aber dafür konnte ja Makis nichts

We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.

Έκλεισα το σπίτι της κ. Ελένης για φιλικό μου ζευγάρι με 4 παιδάκια. Όχι μόνο το σπίτι ήταν άψογα εξοπλισμένο , μεγάλο και καθαρό αλλά είχε ακόμα και παιχνίδια και παραμύθια για τα παιδιά των κουμπάρων μου. Η κ. Ελένη ήταν παρούσα , φιλική , επεξηγηματική και πλήρως συνεργάσιμη . Είχε αφήσει μέχρι και σοκολατένια λαγουδάκια για τα παιδιά (λόγω Πάσχα)!!! Ότι και να πω είναι λίγο , σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ κυρία Ελένη και είμαι σίγουρη ότι θα ξαναμιλήσουμε στο μέλλον !

συνιστώ απόλυτα να επισκεφτείτε τον χώρο αυτο,πολύ ζεστό, καθαρό σπίτι, σε ήσυχη περιοχή.Η πρόσβαση στο χώρο ήταν εύκολη με ακριβείς οδηγίες!

Our stay at Marija's apartament was really comfortable. The great advantage of this place is its convenient location very close to the beach🏖️ (2 minutes walk) and at the same time in the middle of the seaside promenade. The apartment was clean, neat and minimalistic. The communication with Marija went in an easy manner, we didn't have any issues with flexible check-in and check-out👍🏼 We enjoyed our holidays in Perea! Many thanks the host🙏🏼

Υπέροχο κατάλυμα! Καθαρό κ προσεγμένο. Η Ελένη σαν οικοδέσποινα ήταν καταπληκτική. Άμεσα διαθέσιμη για οποιαδήποτε απορία ή διευκρίνιση χρειάστηκε. Μας διευκόλυνε με την ώρα άφιξης Κ ώρα αναχώρησης για την εξυπηρέτηση των παιδιών μας , κάτι που μας άφησε τις καλύτερες εντυπώσεις. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα κ όταν ξανά επισκεφτούμε την Θεσσαλονίκη θα είναι πρώτο στις επιλογές μας😁😄

Very very nice and hardworking host that is always eager to please guests and accommodate their needs and wants with all he has. apartment is not far from beach, really close to shops and bakeries, meat markets on a wide street. Parking is available on street right in front of the appartement building. We had good neighbours (quiet) :)) Good value for money. Thanks for the chilled wine and water when we arrived( we don't drink alcohol but the thought was appreciated) and also when we left thank you for the gifts! Great spot for a quick visit to the outskirts of Thessaloniki (only 15 minutes drive from the airport). The apartment is equipped with everything you need and there's a little grocery store right around the corner. The internet works well and it was easy to take work calls. Nice restaurants in the area with delicious fresh fish. It was lovely to walk up and down the seaside promenade at night and fall asleep to the lapping sound of the sea. The perfect spot to unwind and reintegrate after an eventful island holiday.

Very convenient location for the bus station. Lots of space. Very comfy bed. Very characterful decorations. I enjoyed my stay there.

Logement de deux chambres avec cuisine/salon et salle de bain situé au rez-de-chaussée. Le logement est bien équipé. Logement propre Accès à deux balcons Près de bord de mer, boutique et restaurant aux alentour Les hôtes sont très gentils et accueillant !!! Je recommande si vous êtes de passage dans le coin ! Rapport qualité prix excellent

Εξαιρετική επιλογή, όμορφο διαμέρισμα, μοντέρνο, καθαρό και με όλες τις ανέσεις, για να μείνει κανείς στην Κατερίνη και να εξερευνήσει την γύρω περιοχή.

Καθαρός χώρος που έχει ότι χρειάζεσαι στο κέντρο της πόλης!Πολύ καλή επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη!

Totale relax! Adoro questo posto, mi sentivo come a casa. Posizione perfetta, spiaggia come privata, acqua pulitissima, ombra naturale... Se ti sdragli sul terrazza potevi goderti rumore delle onde e quello non ha prezzo! Tornerò sicuramente. Mio marito era molto contento di parcheggio coperto.

We loved our stay at Nikos apartment. The place was clean and comfy and within walkable distance to some great greek restaurants. We appreciated the nice beach in Perea and had the best time. Nikos was very friendly, polite, helpful at all times and overall a great host. Can only recommend!

Det renaste och absolut mest välutrustade boende vi nånsin haft. Precis allt finns; tandkräm, förbandslåda, massa kryddor och olja mm, solstolar och parasoll och strandhanddukar mm mm. Precis vid fin sandstrand så efter badet gick vi i badkläder till lägenheten. Massa bra restauranger precis nära. Högsta betyg på allt!

Престоят ни беше превъзходен, благодарение на изключително гостоприемния домакин - Кики. Апартаментът е напълно подходящ за едно четиричленно семейство даже плюс куче😁. Беше изключително чисто, подредено и удобно дори за да си сготвиш, ако не ви се яде навън някой път. Намира се само на 100 м от плажа и главната улица. Олимпиаки акти е страхотно селище за почивка от забързаното ежедневие и шумния голям град, а също така се намира само на 3 км от Паралия Катерини, където също може да се разходите да хапнете и разгледате. Изключително доволни сме от нашата макар и кратка но достатъчна почивка. Със сигурност ще се върнем следващото лято!

Katerina is very friendly and gives very precise instructions. The apartment was very clean and tidy, and has everything you need. There is AC in every room (although the house is quite fresh in the summer and you won't need to turn it on that much) and also a TV in the living room and main bedroom. The house is really nicely decorated and you feel at home. You can see the sea from the kitchen window and in 2min walking you're at the beach. You have several supermarkets near you and lots of restaurants to choose from. You can go for long walks in Perea (which is very nice) or travel by boat to the historical part of Theassoloniki. I totally recommend staying at this apartment.

We had a great stay. Place is just across the most beautiful part of Agia Triada beach, where the beach is wide. There is always enough parking in front of the building, neighbours are so nice, they even served us home made cakes, and invited our kids to play with their children, you have a feeling that you are guest in a community of a kind. Dimitris is very responsive and agile, he provided all the important information in a timely manner. The place is not luxury, but it has all commodities you may need. Bathroom is quite new, and kitchen is much better equiped then in average accomodation in Greece. You will find plenty of cooking utensils, plates, dishes, everything you need. Beds are very comfortable, although a bit small for European standards, but that is the same in whole Greece. It is very peaceful at night, you can only hear sounds from nature and one can really relax. Balconies are great, with sea view and a lot of space. We really enjoyed staying at Dimitris's place.
