Host molto gentile e disponibile, c'era un piccolo malfunzionamento della TV e ha provveduto a farla sistemare in giornata. Appartamento fornito di tutto il necessario, speriamo di poter alloggiarci di nuovo in una stagione più calda per poter godere appieno del giardino

Lara ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei ihr. Die Wohnung ist im unteren Stock, dafür schön kühl. Die Umgebung und der Platz rund ums Haus sind fantastisch. Vorallem der grosse Pool mit den Liegen unter den Bäumen. Die Sonnenuntergänge beim Abendessen direkt am Pool, werden uns unvergessen bleiben. Auch Glühwürmchen kann man sehen. Die Unterkunft ist eher teuer, aber super gelegen. Auch für Ausflüge bestens geeignet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

after a busy few days in Rome, this was the exact rest we needed to put ourselves back into neutral. The property is private and gorgeous, with beautiful landscapes in every direction. if you are looking for a peaceful and calming getaway, this is the spot for you. absolute gem of a spot!

La casa è molto grande e bellissima, è dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. Era tutto molto ordinato e pulito quando siamo arrivati. Martina è sempre stata disponibile nell’aiutare e nel rispondere alle nostre domande.

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an total wohlgefühlt. Britta und Marco sind unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und einfach liebenswerte Menschen. Man merkt sofort, wie viel Liebe und Persönlichkeit in diesem Haus steckt. Das Haus selbst ist wunderschön, mit so viel Geschmack eingerichtet, richtig gemütlich und stilvoll. In Wirklichkeit ist es sogar noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Man fühlt sich einfach zuhause. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, man packt nur seine eigenen Sachen aus und los geht’s. Vor allem die Küche ist super ausgestattet, perfekt zum Kochen. Die Lage ist total ruhig – wir haben wunderbar geschlafen und konnten richtig abschalten. Genau das, was wir gebraucht haben. Britta hat sogar an unseren Hund gedacht – sie hatte alles vorbereitet und sich so Mühe gegeben, dass auch er sich willkommen fühlt. Das war wirklich schön. Wir sind sehr dankbar für diese kleine Auszeit und kommen bestimmt wieder. Danke, Britta & Marco!

We hebben genoten van deze heerlijke rustige plek met geweldig uitzicht. De kinderen hebben veel gespeeld in de tuin en met het aanwezige speelgoed. De mountainbike en wandel routes zijn dichtbij, al laat de bewegwijzering te wensen over. Met een app gaat het prima. Het is flink klimmen en dalen maar prachtig mooi. Ook steden als Florence Pisa Lucca Modena en Pistoia zijn goed te bereiken. Florence hebben we met de trein vanuit pistoia bezocht. Ging prima. Heerlijke pizzeria’s in de omgeving. Frederica is een geweldige host. Op een afgesproken plek stond ze ons op te wachten en reed voor ons uit naar het huisje waar de openhaard al brandde. Berichtjes werden snel beantwoord en ook kregen we tips over wat we wilden doen in de omgeving. Zeker een aanrader!

Francesco and Emanuelle were the perfect hosts. The property more than lived up to our expectations and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Inside all the rooms are exquisitely furnished and Francesco and Emanuelle were always at hand to answer any questions. The pool and gardens were delightful and the views were spectacular. So peaceful and relaxing. Francescos suggestions for local places to visit and restaurants to eat was very helpful. We particularly enjoyed Baghino Restaurant in nearby Prato and the hilltop village of Monteriggioni near Sienna. Overall we loved our week in the Tuscan Hills and would definitely recommend Gello to anyone intending to visit the area.

Belle vue même par temps pluvieux (Ruth et Paul n’y sont pour rien). Sur les premiers vallons des Apennins. A 1h de route de Modene, Bologne. Idéal pour aller aussi sur Mantoue (palais trop méconnu et magnifique, se garer au Canoë camp), Parme ou Ferrare (un plaisir à vélo, louer chez Todisco, pas cher et sympa). Location propre et calme (2 autres locataires reçus la même semaine dans l’appartement mitoyen et nous n’avons rien entendu car les murs de la ferme sont très épais et bien isolés). Ruth et Paul sont des hôtes comme nous les aimons : accueillants, discrets et disponibles (encore merci pour notre arrivée tardive). Toujours de bon conseils. Une bonne adresse pour profiter de la région en évitant les locations de la vallée agricole, moins typique, même si elle a son charme. Idéal pour aller sur les sentiers des Apennins.

Августа и её сын очень помогли нам в трудной ситуации. Дело в том, что мы улетали рано утром в праздник и не могли заказать такси , так как при заказе требовался итальянский номер телефона, и, кроме того, не все в Италии работают по ночам, да ещё и в праздник. Августа не только нашла нам фирму, но и связывалась с ней не один раз и контролировала, чтобы ничего не сорвалось. Если бы не она, у нас могла бы быть большая проблема. Что же касается самого жилья, то всё так как в описании. Чисто и тихо. Много места, хорошая кухня, 2 ванные комнаты. Мы были без машины и пользовались исключительно поездом и автобусом. 5-10 мин от дома. Побывали во Флоренции, Милане, Венеции, Риминни и, конечно же часто гуляли по великолепной Болонии. Практически не пользовались кухней, так как завтракали напротив дома в милой кофейне для местных, а ужинали, также напротив дома, в пиццерии. Всё очень вкусно и доступно. Очень рекомендуем это место для проживания во время вашего путешествия. Спасибо Августа!

Alloggio molto comodo e facile da raggiungere, con parcheggio dentro la proprietà e tanti parcheggi gratuiti al di fuori. Molta apprezzata l'area sgambamento cani vicina, e la poca distanza dalle spiagge e dal mare.

Staying here was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. It was a lovely villa tucked away in the hills. Each night we were so happy to return back to it after a day of site-seeing. Emanuela is one of the loveliest people we met while visiting Italy. So incredibly gracious and welcoming to us. She truly takes pride in making her guests feel at home in her amazing estate. We all felt right at home there and we would highly recommend it to others traveling to that area. We hope to one day return and stay with her again.

Elena was an amazing host. She was lovely and helpful. We had a lovely time at Elena’s place in the middle of the mountains. Felt like a fairy tale. Perfect location and good travel distance to Bologna and Florence. We would love to come back! ☺️

Davide ist sehr sympathisch. Die Wohnung ist von Lage und Ausstattung sowohl für den kurzen Zwischenstopp als auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet.

Die Unterkunft hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen. Sie ist sehr geräumig und komfortabel, stilvoll mit Liebe zum Detail. Auch für ein erstes Frühstück stand alles bereit. (Kaffee, Mich, Müsli…) Die Lage ist perfekt - alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Ausgezeichnete Restaurants und Bars findet man an jeder Ecke, dennoch ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Rosa Bianca ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin. Sie kümmert sich prompt um jedes Anliegen. Wir durften bereits zu Mittag einchecken und die Wohnung am Abreisetag bis am Abend nutzen. Bologna ist bezaubernd und diese Unterkunft macht den Aufenthalt perfekt. Herzlichen Dank 😎

Sehr gemütliche Wohnung und auch wenn es nur für eine Nacht war, kann ich es empfehlen.

We (group of 6) had a wonderful stay at this spacious villa with stunning interior, like straight out of AD. This made staying in as tempting as the beach that was only a 2 minute walk away. We also spent significant time in the lovely and peaceful garden with furniture surrounding it, enabling you to pick your favourite spot. Nearby you also have plenty of patisseries, bakeries, restaurants and shops. The host was friendly, helpful and communicative. He had a Gardner who supplied us with mosquito repellent candles and instantly reset the padlock to the garden gate when it stopped working. He also arranged our sun loungers by the beach for a discounted rate. You’re only a 1 minute walk away from a bus stop that takes you into Rimini within just 10 minutes (1.50 Euros per journey). There’s also the Viserba-Rimini train station nearby. It was a perfect stay and we’ll be back!

Roberto was extremely helpful, kind and accommodating for our very specific needs. The location and property are unique and absolutely beautiful. It provided a wonderful escape and peaceful break, while being well connected to nearby Florence and Lucca.

Die Villa ist sehr schön, gross und sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das ganze Haus ist sehr sauber. Die Lage ist gut, wenn man ein Auto hat und Ausflüge in die Umgebung machen möchte. Innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreicht man mit dem Auto einen Supermarkt. Wir können es für 6 Personen empfehlen!

The house was amazing, perfect fit for our group of 10 people. The main house as well as the additional apartment were very clean, well equipped with everything you need and the highlight was the pool and jacuzzi. Great place to calm down and have private space with some friends or a big family. The check-in was easy and the lady was very friendly, had some suggestions for our stay and is professional. The property was clean, cute tuscany decorations of the rooms and all in all it felt like home.

Wir haben uns als eine Gruppe von 7 Personen sehr wohl gefühlt. Die großartige und sehr vollständige Ausstattung der Küche hat es uns erlaubt jeden Tag selbst zu kochen. Leider konnten wir den schönen Garten, der sehr zweckmäßig und ästhetisch gestaltet ist, wegen des durchwachsenen Wetters nur wenig nutzen. Dafür aber bietet das geräumige und sehr großzügige Haus innen genügend Gelegenheit es sich gemütlich zu machen. Auch die Schlafzimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Unsere anfänglichen Befürchtungen, dass wir wegen der beiden Straßen zu Seiten der Villa schlecht schlafen würden, haben sich nicht bestätigt. Nachts ist es wirklich ruhig. Wir können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Stunning location in rural Tuscany. Amazing views and lovely property with private Sauna & wood fired hot tub. Host was always very helpful and responsive & gave good loca recommendations.
