This home is a great value for any size group, work, or pleasure. You will love the Master suite has a luxury mattress with a 50-inch TV. This 2022 home has all the upgrades, a 65-inch TV, stainless appliances, tile floors, a lovely kitchen, a washer and dryer, backyard area with a sitting area. Bright 4 bedroom home in the heart of town.

This 4 bedroom getaway brings all the comforts of home to your vacation. With the ability to comfortably sleep 10 people there’s plenty of room for you and your friends or family. Enjoy an evening of dinner under the lit gazebo and s’mores around the fire pit or hit the town and check out all the Yuma has to offer. This home is centrally located so you’re never far from food and drinks. Just a 20 minute drive to the dunes, a 15 minute drive to Mexico and a one minute walk down to the park.

This great place has a spacious master en suite separate from guest bedrooms. On the opposite end of the house you'll find 2 guest rooms separated by a guests bath. One of these rooms is very spacious an it's equipped with a premium king size bed, a flatscreen smart TV, private seating area, as well as a walk-in closet. Ammenities include: Keurig coffee maker, dishwaser, a bbq grill, firepit and outdoor furniture. And it's conveniently located in a peaceful area close to freeway entrance.

Relaxing family home in a safe and lovely Neighborhood. It’s a comfy rustic farmhouse in the Desert. House has great lighting from skylights in the home and comfortable beds. My favorite part of the House: the master shower is 7 foot long by 4 feet wide with a skylight overhead. 5 to 13 mins to grocery stores, golf courses, parks, churches, restaurants. 18 minutes to Algo Dones, Mexico, 40 mins from Lake Martinez, or the Sand Dunes

This house is perfect for a working crew coming in from out of town. Construction? Traveling nurse? Farm workers? Family event? Etc. You can park your vehicles in the backyard. Bbq grill. Big TV. Located by the 8 freeway. This place is very comfortable and cozy. Short or long term. One queen size bed and the rest are individual. Stay here you wont regret.
