What a beautiful home, a perfect location, and the setting around the home is seriously like a little park oasis. The lights were on with music playing when we arrived, and we felt so at home. the screened in pool is amazing. Kids fishing the dock, watching the dolphins and manitee, and literally a one minute walk to the beach, just so much to do, we hardly left the house area. We had a couple problems with equipment on location, and Michael and his family were above and beyond responsive and strove to fix any problems as fast as possible. After meeting Michael, to me it's worth noting, these are also great people. My favorite place so far for spring break, and the most responsive owner. Would love to return. 11/10

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed here. It’s a perfect location with beach access. Condo was as described and just like the photos. We would definitely stay again.

What a great home Derek offers! Nicely furnished, clean, well-stocked, great location. Gleason Park…just a couple of blocks away, is a wonderful resource. Hard to find any faults in this home! We (plus our 11.5 year old Lab) had a great stay!

He is a super responsive and friendly host! Went here with a few friends for a mini stay-cation and it was wonderful. The place was spotless when I went in, lots of amenities, a full kitchen with a plethora of utensils, and the pool & hot tub was amazing. Anytime I had any questions, Tim would respond within 10-15 minutes. Lovely place and definitely would book again.

We really enjoyed Sondra's Yellow Beach House. The property is beautifully decorated and landscaped. It came with everything as described and more. Nice quiet neighborhood, with the only real sounds were the calls of the Peacocks that roam wildly around the area, adding another wonderful feature that you won't find anywhere else. Sondra was great to work with as far as communications, she replied to all texts immediately. Recommend this home very highly!

The stay was fantastic in every way. Place was very clean and they had a book for recommendations for the area. They also had clear instructions on what we needed to do before we left!

Walking into the townhome, it felt like home. Alot of the same finishes and high quality as my own. Beds/linens/pillows were extremely comfortable. Plenty of beach towels and beach chairs. Kitchen was well supplied for cooking. All appliances functioned. The one way street it's on makes for little traffic and beach is fairly quiet but close enough for my teenagers to walk to the public beach for more things to do. I appreciated the extra touches of high quailty robes and slippers in the master suite.

This was such a great location for our family trip. Closely walk to the beach, mini golf and other activities. House is very very clean and has a great layout. We were a family of five and felt very comfortable here.

I’d live here if I could! Donnetta and her husband are the best AirBnb hosts I’ve come across, hands-down. Our TV had a dark spot on it, we notified them just to give them a heads-up just to let them know, and they replaced it the next day! They even invited us out to a meet and greet with the other guests, complete with refreshments, but unfortunately we had an early flight the next day. We’ll definitely be coming back, though, if we’re lucky enough again to snag a reservation here!! Thank you for being such great hosts!!
