We just completed our third stay with Marilyn. Our family absolutely loves this spot. It's so nice that our family of 6 can fit fairly comfortably and it's especially great that there are two full bathrooms. We also love how well kept the property grounds are, as well as how easy it is to get to the beach. We just got home a little while ago and my 4 teens are already talking about planning our next trip! Thank you Marilyn!

Teresa's place was perfect for our needs! Super clean and true to the listing. We had everything we could possibly need and more! Close to great restaurants and such a quiet and beautiful beach. It rained for a part of our visit but it didn't bother us at all with such a comfortable condo and balcony with ocean view. My sisters and I enjoy visiting this area each year and all agreed that we would like to make Teresa's place our regular vacation spot!

Felt right at home and was perfect for a beach weekend with our 3 kids (5, 4, and 2 years old)! The kids slept in the bunk bed room and we took the master, it was easy access to the pool and the beach and everything was only a few minutes walk. Be mindful that the entrance to the house is two stories up and you have to take two flights of stairs. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans and utensils which made cooking easy. Would definitely recommend this place! It’s perfect for small families or couples!

The condo was in a great location relative to the beach. The stay had everything that we needed including some beach items! Angela was very responsive and an amazing host!

We had a great escape from NYC at Alicia’s place. We lived on the beach and terrace! Alicia was super responsive to a few questions I had. My boys loved the loft space. We come to Topsail a lot but never stayed at the beach. Was so worth it. Surf lessons, Serenity Point, NY Conner Deli, Island Delights and Topsail Steamer were our favorites. Would definitely stay again!

We had a lovely stay at Jim’s place. It was exactly as described and pictured. I’d say even better. Jim has really thought of the little details, such as phone chargers, water in the fridge, and some beginning toiletries. The beach was fantastic and so close. Location is prime. Right in Surf city close to everything. Can’t wait to come back.

Amazing oceanfront property! Walk from the living room to the deck to the beach! Good sized kitchen with lots of necessities. I think the only two ‘negatives’ would be the lack of bathrooms (which was clear in the description) and the ac not being able to cool the place down to an acceptable sleep temperature (like 69). Otherwise, this place was quiet, great location for bike riding, endless ocean views, and plenty of room for everyone!!!

Nice place for the price. I arrived a little early and they were happy to let me check in. The room was clean, and the location as a whole was nice and peaceful. I’d stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay at So Close. Lovely decor, clean, walkable to restaurants and beach access. We felt at home during our getaway. Bonus, the building has an elevator!

This place is wonderful. Very well laid out and perfect for my family of 3. It's a perfect location in Surf City, and it's so close to the beach! Everything about our stay was easy and we will be back.

Sureshs place was beautiful We love staying at The Surf but this was our first time staying in her condo and we plan to return Loved the layout and the open space feeling This is on the third floor so there is steps to take to get in so keep in mind if you have trouble climbing steps Packing light will help because the condo has everything you need The bed was very comfortable and bathroom was very clean and spacious Can’t wait to return !!

Great place to stay. Nice pool and waterfront with quick access to the beach. Condo was clean and well stocked. Carol helped us get settled well and was quick on communication. Location is nice with quick access to Morehead and other attractions.

This was the perfect space and location for my group! We were in town for a wedding and staying at Tammy and Chris’s made our weekend easy and relaxing. Would definitely stay again!

For our vacation trip we had 5 adults, 3 kids and a baby and we absolutely loved our stay here! It is a great spot! Everyone loved the place. There was plenty of space for us all. We would definitely stay here again. The balcony has a good view of the ocean and the pier. We even saw dolphins from the balcony. Navigating the resort was easy. The kitchen was well stocked for us to cook. We had everything we needed for our time here. Our kids really enjoyed the pools. They also enjoyed walking the beach looking for shells and playing by the ocean. It was so beautiful You have to try the restaurant here too, it is so good, we all loved our food. We had a prefect vacation! Thank you so much for opening your place, we hope to visit again.

We’ve been coming to the beach on vacation forever and Charlie’s place was by far my favorite. The cleanliness, location, easy beach access, privacy, and walking trails are just a few of my favorites. Kathy contacted me on our drive down that there was an issue with one of their cooling units but they were right on it, installing a portable unit as soon as we got there. That has never happened at any other place we’ve stayed. She kept us completely informed the entire trip of the cooling unit status. We had a great time and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

We had a lovely stay. Beds are very comfortable and the sheets are super soft. Beautifully decorated without any clutter. The kitchen has everything you may need. Love the restaurant is walking distance. The pool is absolutely fantastic, clean, beautiful, and 9 feet deep!

Had an excellent stay here with our family of 5! Walking access to the beach was awesome, as well as being able to walk to two different pools and a fun restaurant. Very quiet and friendly neighbors - great for a family with young kids! We would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in North Topsail!

Stunning place. Beautifully appointed, exceptionally clean. Everything you need for a lovely stay. Couldn't have been in a better location. Crystal was extremely responsive and courteous - before, during and after our stay!
