Apple tree cottage has recently been refurbished with modern interiors and super fast broadband. A self catering cottage with its own small garden and driveway, set in bucolic countryside. Able to accommodate 3 guests (3rd guest with an additional charge) with a unique 'reading nook' which can be made into a small single bed for a young child. Babies up to 2 years old are welcome (free of charge) with a travel cot and high chair supplied. Alternatively, a sofa bed can be made available.

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night. Converted Barn, Patterdale in the Lake District

Welcome to Crook a Beck Barn, Patterdale a former Cart Barn which we lovingly restored during 2017. The Barn is located on the original coach road in the hamlet of Crook a Beck, next to the village of Patterdale, in the heart of the Lake District, in one of the most beautiful Lake District valleys. During peak season - April to the end of October, 7 nights minimum stay with a Friday changeover. Short breaks may be available so please drop us a message to ask!
