Das Haus (Rustico) liegt ausserhalb von Cavigliano in einem grossen, parkähnlichen mediterranem Garten mit zahlreichen Sitzplätzen an ruhigem sonnigen Südhang direkt über den Flüssen Melezza & Isorno; 5-10 Min. zu Fuss zum Strand. Ideal für Naturliebhaber & Romantiker. Es ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, Wanderungen, Klettern und Baden. Achtung: Wegen Hanglage und steiler Treppen vermieten wir das Haus nur an Familien mit Kindern ab 8 Jahren. Für gehbehinderte Personen nicht geeignet.

Auf 3 Etagen befinden sich eine vollausgestattete Küche und Wohn/Essbereich (EG), 2 separate Schlafzimmer (im 1. OG - Durchgangszimmer) mit einem separaten WC, sowie im UG ein modernes Bad mit Dusche, Waschbecken, WC + Waschmaschine. Zwei Terrassen (inkl. BBQ) laden zum Verweilen ein. Wanderungen direkt vom Haus aus möglich.

Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature.
