With its own beach for launching kayaks or just doing nothing, this cottage has been a favorite due to its proximity to the water, front-row views of nature and simplicity. You are surrounded by forest and wildlife, on the hills above Shell Beach, Built in 2017, it is beautifully decorated with bamboo floors, oriental rugs and a fireplace. The deck with chaises and a dining table make it a wonderful place to enjoy an outdoor barbeque. The property also has a larger house, "Stunning Beauty", that can accommodate eight guests and can be rented together! EV charger is available with prior notice.

It is a few miles from the ocean and boasts two bedrooms, a private garden and covered patio, and views of the countryside that stretch for miles. We also have three other houses on site for larger groups (Cottage for 2 is "Rustic Studio Cottage" and Cabin for 4 is "Rustic Cabin " and Farmhouse for 10 is "Zia's Farmhouse").
