Sit on the screened porch with its built-in grill, or relax and enjoy a campfire as the stars twinkle above. Wood for your first fire is provided with additional wood available. Walking distance of canoe rental, restaurants & the beach, you will surely create great memories here!

This quaint vintage 1940's Up North cabin has most of its originality from when it was first built. The cabin has lake views & is across the street from it's conjoining lot 50ft. away on Sand Lake. Close to East Tawas, Huron National Forest, Lake Huron, the Au Sable river, Red Hawk Golf Course & ORV trails. Beautiful sandy beach, included in your stay is row boat, paddle boat, 2 kayaks, canoe, paddle board, floating raft, splash pad & several life jackets guests can use for no extra fee.

Wolverine House on Lake Huron

Take a break and unwind with the sounds of Lake Huron. The air is remarkably cooler here next to the water, and among the pine trees. It's 5 miles to the beautiful beach at Tawas Point State Park, or 5 miles to downtown East Tawas to grab ice cream. There is a bike lane along US-23, making it bikable to town. Our beautiful cabin includes one private bedroom. There is also an additional sleeping area upstairs with a full size bed, that does not have a door for privacy.

Our cabin has been in our family over 40 years, this is our first time hosting our beloved home. We hope you find it charming, comforting and a place to build beautiful memories. Welcome to Barefoot Beach Resort – right on the best beach of Lake Huron! Cabin 8 is our cozy one-bedroom cabin, but it feels roomy with a big kitchen and living area. The front patio has a screen door and a clear view of the lake—just a short walk to the beach. Inside: a comfy queen bed, a new pullout couch, and a fun (but practical) bathroom. Perfect for couples or small families who want to relax, cook, and enjoy the lake. Note: Pet fee is not included in the total.

Take a break and unwind at this tidy beach-front cabin situated on 50 foot of sandy Lake Huron beach. Enjoy your morning coffee and sunrises on the front deck and lounge on the beach all day. You'll likely see eagles and freighters as you reset and relax. This is a neighborhood setting, so we ask that all occupants are respectful of our friends who live next door. (No loud music or parties.)
