It is clean, comfortable, & uncluttered, a home away from home! It is surrounded by beautiful pines, in a safe neighborhood with accessible parking. Close by is the interstate with access to Iowa State Fair Grounds, and Downtown Des Moines. WP is attached to our home but it has its own separate outside entrance. Please send me any questions.

Please keep in mind there is only one bedroom and one bathroom, however includes off street parking, private entrance, kitchen, laundry, and oversized leather sectional. 5 guests are allowed, but you will be very comfortable with 2. This Des Moines suite is a 10 minute drive to downtown and 15 minute walk to the Iowa State Fairgrounds.
