Above it all, escape to your private mountaintop and only minutes from lakes, hiking, downtown and golf. National forest is your backyard and Hot Springs Village is your front yard. Mountaintop is surrounded by lakes & trails. Guests tell us they think it's an amazing view -- 'million-dollar view' --and it's affordable, too! The apt is separated from our home and features spacious windows, king bed and porches where you're always welcome. Large cable TV, strong wifi allow you to have it all.

1 bed room apartment with a great view of a golf course. Fully furnished kitchen with oven and stove. Separate heat and air. Located 20 minutes from downtown Hot Springs and 25 minutes from Oaklawn casino. Located in Hot Springs Village with 8 golf courses, several lakes, pickle ball and tennis courts. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Very nice air mattress is available for guest. Hot Springs Village is a gated community. You will have to check in at one of the guard gates. Very easy.

The Little House

Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon tea from the comfort of a cozy cottage nestled on a wooded hillside. Tucked quietly behind our modern farmhouse residence, our guesthouse offers relaxed neighborhood vibes while being within minutes of downtown Hot Springs and all of the city's main attractions. Feel free to love on our friendly cats, Tate (orange) and Sylvie (gray). We also have an Australian Shepherd pup, Heidi. She loves to visit with our guests, but can be put away if needed.

"Our Little Slice of HEAVEN"

WOW...you will be speechless! Come stay in "Our Little Slice of HEAVEN." A newly remodeled 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home. New appliances, wide open areas, and a screened in porch with a swing. A quiet neighborhood with tall pines and a view through the trees of the largest lake in the Village. It has a charcoal grill. There are nine golf courses and 12 lakes in the Unites States largest gated community. A great neighborhood to walk to clear you mind. You will love this place!

Sunny Oaks is a fully furnished, artist inspired studio apartment with queen bed. It is located on the walkout level of our hillside guest house. It has an efficiency kitchen, 3/4 bath and private outside entrance, with a covered deck. A small electric fireplace with heater provides warm ambiance. The River Place is a modern river front cabin located just north of the historic town of Hot Springs. The River Place was designed for a romantic and memorable getaway for 2 adults or a small family. Beautiful professionally decorated home. Fully stocked kitchen. Washer/dryer. 3 large screen televisions with Dish service. Home is a quiet wooded setting overlooking the 8th tee box of golf course. Baths and kitchen feature granite and large showers. The Village has 9 golf courses and many lakes to enjoy. There is a professionally created putting green in back yard. Maximum guests is 6. In garage is basketball goal, ping pong and more to enjoy.
