Bel appartement duplex avec 2 chambres, salon, cuisine équipée, douche-WC, grande terrasse privée, bureau sur mezzanine, idéal pour famille de 4 personnes. Animal de compagnie accepté. Barbecue sur la terrasse (cheminée de jardin) à voir sur photos. Au calme donnant sur les jardins tout en étant en ville. A 100m du Bourg, Fondation Gianadda à 5 min. à pied, gare du Bourg à 400m pour excursions où ski. Machine à laver le linge et séchoir avec produits au rez ainsi que local vélo. Lit pour bébé.

Idéal aussi en été pour ballades, virée à moto ou à VTT. Parking gratuit à 10 min. à pied, vous pouvez cependant vous arrêtez le temps de décharger votre véhicule.
