Unpack, unwind and relax with the beach on your doorstep. Take a 15 minute stroll along the seafront promenade into Deal town with its award winning high street full of restaurants, cafes and independent shops. Unlimited free street parking. Campbell Cottage is located just moments from the sea and a mere 10 minute easy flat stroll along the promenade to the pier and Deal town centre. The local parade of shops just a few minutes away includes a bakery, off license, hardware store, chemist and launderette. There are also several coffee shops, pubs, takeaways and restaurants on the doorstep. Walmer Green is the hub for summer events including the famous Deal Carnival in July and weekly Sunday concerts at the bandstand. From May to September the free open air children's paddling pool is open . Walmer Green is a few paces away from the apartment and throughout the summer provides the backdrop for weekly events such as the annual antiques brocante, funfair, vintage car and motorbike displays, food market.

Top Floor Flat, 1 min from the beach!

Our lovely top Floor Flat takes one half of a house on the hugely popular Nelson Road. The flat is 30 second walk from Windy Corner stores, one of the best cafés in Whitstable, serving the most delicious breakfasts, coffees cakes and lunches. The sea is 1 mins walk as is the tennis court. Just another minute or so along the beach is the famous Old Neptune pub, where you can sip your pint outside by the sea or inside listening to fav live music most nights! The high street is a few mins away too!

Hi! We are a family of five! Lucy, Geoff, Layla (5), Orson (3) and Arto (4 months). Sometimes we go away for a week or so and give others the opportunity to rent out our home. The house has the most amazing, calming energy. The kitchen/ dining room is open plan. There's a hot tub and sauna in the garden, with views over a woodland and a lake. This would be a great space for trialing out living in the beautiful town of Forest Row, within walking distance to the Ashdown Forest.

Fabulous Seaside house, Free Parking & EV charging

Enjoy this beautiful mews home with family, friends and dogs. In the heart of the popular Kemp Town Village in Brighton. A couple of minutes walk to the beach, local cafes, restaurants and boutiques. We have free on-site parking for one car and offer free off peak charging for EV cars. The property has been set-up with families in mind, so we have available on request high chair, travel cot, baby bath, stair gates, changing mats etc. We are also a dog friendly house.
