Beautiful house on the pond! Perfect for our family of 4. It was comfortable and relaxing. Amy is a wonderful host! She checked in and made sure we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay! Hoping to stay again sometime.

We just returned from spending g a few days at this rental and we couldn't be happier! We are two mom friends and we brought our 12 year old boys with us to check out North Conway. The house is in a great location and such an easy drive to the center of town, Echo Lake, Cathedral Ledge and Diana's Baths. We were able to walk to a delicious ice cream place and loved being right near the scenic overlooking. The boys brought their bikes to ride in the area as well. The sauna was amazing, the hot tub was well maintained and the firepit and comfy chairs were perfect to hang out at night. We loved having two bathrooms and 2 showers. Our favorite feature of the house was the spacious counter in the kitchen! We have 2 light sleepers so the only thing that bothered us was hearing all the noises through the floors when others moved around. Next time we would make sure to bring our white noise machines and fans to help with that! Thanks for having such a wonderful a wonderful place to stay!

The Swiss House is an ideal retreat for families seeking a harmonious blend of comfort and connection. The expansive open-concept living area downstairs fostered a sense of togetherness, while the well-appointed kitchen made preparing family meals a breeze. Nestled away from the hustle, yet conveniently close to amenities, the house offers a perfect balance of privacy and accessibility. A quick drive to Mayflower Beach added to the allure, making our stay nothing short of delightful.

We loved the views at the Sommet. The house was spacious enough for all 6 of us without even spending much time in the guest house. We found the beds comfortable and the 3 bathrooms were helpful. The kitchen was pretty well stocked and we ended up eating in 5 out of 7 nights. The Uno, Jenga and Clue were big hits with the whole family. Thanks!

The Best palace

Our stay at this lovely Scituate Coastal Retreat was fabulous. The house was immaculately clean and the decor was perfection. The common areas were cozy, but spacious and the kitchen was well stocked with any tools/utensils we needed. Beds were comfortable and our party of 4 adults had plenty of room. The hosts left great suggestions for local dining and the house was only a 2 min drive (15min walk) to downtown Front St restaurants and shopping. Host Andrew was very responsive and wonderfully accommodating, allowing for a later check-out when requested. We were staying in the Winter, so perhsps check out time may not be as flexible in the warmer months. Check-in & check-out was a breeze! We hope to rent this property again. We were a group of 10+ women ranging in ages from 16 to 60 something. Moms, sisters, cousins, aunties and long time friends gathering for our annual “girls weekend”. A tradition spanning over 30 plus years, our group’s dynamics may have changed a bit - but not our excitement of coming together once a year. For the size of our group we require some standard needs: enough beds to sleep comfortably, enough bathrooms to accommodate all of us, a decent size cooking area, plenty of room for us to be social and room for all our vehicles. The Honey Bear House checked all those boxes. Kerri was very attentive to us, checking in on us at the start of the weekend and quickly responding to our texts. The house was as she describes it, plenty of dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, pots/pans, bowls & appliances, toaster & toaster oven, drip coffee & Keurig, lots of mugs! We supplemented with paper products & personal towels. Perfect spot for an extended family gathering!

We loved staying at this apartment! It was just as beautiful and clean as pictured, and everything was perfectly designed for comfort - from the beautiful gas fireplace in the bedroom, the stunning bathroom with double sinks, incredible shower, and amazing soaking tub, and the gorgeous, spotless kitchen with everything you could need to prepare and store food. The setting was very tranquil; there was no noise from abutting properties and the view from the bedroom was so pretty. We’ve stayed at luxury hotels, and this apartment had a coziness and beauty that cannot be found in a larger chain/hotel. Kevin and Jeanne were very responsive to all our questions and provided clear instructions for our stay. We can’t wait to book again and could picture staying there absolutely any time of year and loving it! Thank you for being great hosts!
